It Was Valentine

It was Valentine's Day, after a sweet date with Mia, I left the restaurant with a warm glow in my heart. We had shared laughter, gentle conversations, and a tender goodbye that made the night feel unforgettable. As I walked to the bus stop, the cool night air reminded me of our promises to see each other again.

I boarded the last bus home, still smiling from the evening. But when I stepped inside, I noticed I was the only passenger. The bus was almost empty, and the driver sat silently in the front, his eyes fixed on the road.

At first, I thought maybe everyone else had gone home early. Yet, as the bus started moving, I realized it was taking a different route than usual.
