Jade, a seven year old, grew up in a ghetto with his family. They were poor and could hardly afford certain things Jade needed as a kid. It bothered Williams whenever he watched his son stay unhappy seeing the other kids play. He crafted a toy car for Jade with some rubbers hoping to cover up for his deficiency but it was just for a short time before they got spoiled.
"It's broken again dad" Jade said showing him the broken areas.
"I'll fix it, it wouldn't take me long" His dad said feeling hurt realizing it was all he could offer.
One morning Jade came home running with a toy jet. He stopped at the far end when he saw his dad and held the toy jet staring at him with a mixed feeling.
"Where did you get a toy jet from?" He asked, Williams will never tolerate stealing and he knew to have trained his child with good behavior.
"Philip gave it to me, his parents had bought one for me," Jade said.
"Yes it's true" Philip's parents concur. "We want to see Jade happy and please accept it as a token of our appreciation for being a good neighbor," they added.
Williams couldn't thank them enough, but he was grateful most especially for the kind of child he had raised. Jade who was content with the little he was given and Williams was determined to make him happy in the little ways he could.
Lovely neighbours and lkvely gift for Jade.
