5 Minute Freewrite: Not surprising

It's been years since Clementine went for a check-up, while her doctors advised her to go for a check-up every 6 months. She got some bad news, her cancer got back. She had to go for a chemotherapy once again. It was all because she was negligent in taking her pills and going for a check-up.

It was not surprising to her doctor that her cancer got back. Her doctor had told her she should take her illness seriously. But Clementine was a workaholic, and she didn't want to lose her dream job because she worked really hard to get to that point in her career. She sacrificed so much for it, and it took all of her time. So, she didn't have any time for any other activities.

Now once again she should go for a chemotherapy and neglect her job. This made her very frustrated but her health was her priority. She even considered to have a lower position at her current job to have more free time. Because her current job was too much responsibility. She was still young and a lot of opportunities waited for her. This was not the end of the world. She would get back up again soon.
