I brag about it, I brag about it, I brag about those lonely times I needed a shoulder to lean on, and no one showed up. Those high and low moments when I tried to explain, but nobody listened.

I brag about the good, the bad and the ugly things I have witnessed in life that have taught me resilience. I brag about my little wins, my failures, and my moments of celebration.

I brag about the bridges I burnt, the wrong decisions I made, but most importantly, the criticisms that reshaped my thoughts and mindset.

I brag about gossip, blackmail, the heresies and the hero that I have become in my little corner. The lack, the need, the pain, the dark times when I looked for support, but none was available.

I brag about the rejections and the repeated tries for success. The confusion, misunderstandings, quarrels and the hatred that purified me.

I brag about my success, my certifications, and the refined professional I have become over the years. My family, my friends and relations, those that listened, called, wiped those silly tears and gave me shoulders to lean on.

I brag not because I have it all, but because I know that I am a work in progress. I put on that smile because I am alive. The world threw a lemon at me, and I used it to make lemonade. It threw bitter leaf, and I used it to make Origin.

Now I brag about all those things that made me a better version of myself and thank God for making me me.
