Being truthful makes you feel liberated , it might seem bitter or difficult to approach people with the truth, but then it's better to feel free, clear your conscience and liberate yourself from the burden and tension that comes with being untruthful .
Most persons justify lies, by claiming it's for protection, but then you can't protect with lies, nothing good is built on false information.
Being truthful is the only right way you can protect, hiding the truth can be considered as betrayal, if you really care and want to protect a person, then you are compelled to telling them the truth.

Hiding the truth is like being held in chains or carrying unnecessary burdens, especially when it involves someone you love and respect. Being truthful to a person is also a sign that you love and respect that person.
If you love and respect someone, you will feel obligated to always be truthful to them.
Everyone appreciate honesty, and honesty is a good foundation to build on.

Being truthful shows intergrity and builds respect, so hiding the truth from people doesn't spare them or protect them . The truth can not be hidden and will eventually be discovered with time , no matter how long you try to hide it from surfacing.
There's no justification for hiding the truth, but then people also have their reasons for not telling the true .
In most cases, I feel people hide the truth to protect themselves and their personal interest, because nothing sets you free like saying the truth
Being truthful and honest is living like a free man and opening a new leaff, with zero fears of the future or unforseen circumstances.

The fear of people reaction and being judged is one the reasons people chose to hide the truth and stay untrue to themselves, also fear that the public judgment.
But then what is important is that we say the truth, even when we lack words, looking for a safe place and the right words.

In most cases hiding the truth could be a scheme to avoid the consequences of our actions, people chose to hide the truth to avoid consequences, or opening a past they wouldn't love to be uncovered or dig up.
The truth is bitter, but when communicated in pleasant words, it would help free the burdens regardless of it bitterness.

Being truthful is the greatest path to freedom, saying the truth might be uneasy, but if it's the best way of living a happy family.
