Learning to Trust Small Steps With Big Purpose

It's Sunday and I feel so high spirited to share this about today and for the coming days regarding my recent convictions and plans. I know many don't say enough their beliefs as it is mistaken for being boastful or it somehow disagrees with other beliefs. But what I'm sure of is, in whatever we believe in, we all have the joys we do feel in it.

Today in our church service, we learnt and sang a hymn that is titled "Little is much when God is in it". Behind the beautiful melody of the song, is the lyrics that comforted me to a great extent I can't even say enough about right now. I know how people including myself always feel incomplete even after we've achieved what some couldn't.

Of course, I never know what's going to happen but from experience and what has worked for every single person who does and every single time... I'm deciding to believe in the positivities that will happen from now on. No need of feeling incomplete even when I've only done a little because I'm commiting everything to God first.

"My Little Is Much" because God is leading and putting on the path He wants me on, providing everything I'll need to go through that path. Now that I think about it, God do not work by size but the mind behind doing it. I have thought the things I've done for myself and others were little but God counted them so big in my blessings.

I'm taking this conviction with me in my heart as I continue the new year with the plans I've got. This year, I'm going hard on doing the little that will be much because I'm putting God in it first.

So:

• A little time praying to God is much for my answered prayers in this year.
• A little planning is much for successful achievements.
• A little learning is much for my growing knowledge.
• A little vocal training is much for my impacting voice.
• A little "face the camera" is much for my online/physical presence.
• A little investing is much for bigger investment opportunities.
• A little positive thinking is much for positive results.

Even to me, I feel this is like an excuse to do just little or a sign of laziness but I know just how "not so easy" it will be for me to do this much (the little) with big expectations. And this is also me unlearning and relearning myself to grow new little habits that will help build a better version of myself, the consistency in keeping this up is what will be the game changer that I'm trusting on.
