This is my entry for this week’s #wednesdaywalk, by @tattoodjay. During my walk today, I stopped for a moment in front of a small roadside shop not too far from my friend’s house. At first glance, there was nothing unusual about it. A few crates of drinks stood outside, the dusty road was just my focus because I was wearing a white shirt.
I decided to purchase a drink and use the opportunity to ask the shop owner if I can take pictures of the drinks. Initially she was skeptical. But, eventually she agreed after Iexplained to her that it is not something to worry about because I mean no harm, just for a post and survey. As you can see from the photographs, that these drinks are of different make, different taste, different colors, different sizes, different prices. These explain something else again, people have their preferences, and trust me some people will not take anything if their choice of drink is not available. They will rather take water, while some have preferences of at least three (3), which means that if one is not available, option two comes and if not available as well the third option comes into play. That is how life is in reality, people must have their differences, and that is why we are humans as well as we cannot all be the same thing.
Another thing in this my walk is the road, to be honest it has been a long time that I
have seen this untarred road. Talk of a red sand. My worry to be very candid has to be rain and the drainage system. You will observe that there is no good drainage system available in the axis. Which tell a lot. In as much as the flood does not have a flow path, they will definitely create one for themselves. Water is unstoppable, so is flood. I wonder how the residences of this place will manage to walk through when it rains. I wonder how vehicles will pass the flooded road as well. All the same it was a wonderful experience

Photographs are mine and taken by me
Curated.
