Lekki And Traffic Congestion

Hello to my fellow Hivieans all over the globe, I am glad to participate in this week's #wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay. Today walk was a kind of a combination. However, it all started on my way to my house and when I mean my base I my home. I had to take some days off from work because I feel that I needed to rest. One thing that I do not fail to do is that whenever I feelI need rest from work, Ido not hesitate to ask, and it will be granted. This is because my line manager knows that I do not joke with my work. I am very diligent as well as hard working. Therefore, my request can be official as well as unofficial and it will be granted without any further investigation of any kind whatsoever.

On my way back to base I decided to take photographs of Lekki Epe Express way. As you can all see that the road is not that congested, traffic is flowing as it should without stress not any form of hold up. A free road should be a form encouragement because individuals going to their work places on time. But, that is not always the case in this part of Lekki. This particular part of Lekki known as Ikate is the area that has more of traffic congestion by morning between 7:00AM and past 10:00 AM

This is another part of Lekki, this is Admiralty way in Lekki Phase one. This road is approximately about six kilometres and I can tell you for free that there are three places where there are traffic congestion on this road.

• The Junction that leads to Admiralty Road
• The Round about that leads to Lekki Ikoyi link bridge
• The exit to Lekki Epe Express way via Admiralty

These three places should be avoided by all means if there is any case of an emergency transit.
