An Abandoned Pool

Hello to all Hiveans I am excited to be participating in this week's #wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay. Today's walk was to see an old friend that I have not seen for a very long time. The visit was in the morning and to be very frank it was fun. Then, when I was taking a walk around the building I saw this abandoned pool. To be very honest seeing this pool really broke my heart. I asked him how they can allow this kind of pool in the surrounding, he himself was not satisfied as this kind of abandoned pool would be posing threat to the environment. This is because it will cause mosquitoes, and diseases if care is not taken.

The pool tend to have been abandoned for a very long time, and trust me the water in it would have started stinking. The water looks very dirty, and to be honest in the priod that I spent there I saw frog inside of the pool. This kind of pool is not supposed to be in an environment where people live. I am pretty sure that a lot of crawling lizards would have died inside. I told my friend that he should contact the owner of the building to empty the pool if he is not using it at the moment. As this will be posing health risk to the surrounding, and if action is not taken he should report the issue to the government for a swift action. As for me it is not compulsory for the house to have a pool, if he is not using the pool he should use the space for something better rather than letting it become a mess in the environment.
