Hello everyone, have a nice day to you all.. hope everyone's doing great today where ever part of the world you are right now.. This morning this morning i change the direction of my walk today.. this is my second week of morning walking and jogging.. my route today is heading towards the provincial capital just for a change of pace.. it's nice to go around the capitol grounds now because they really improve the roads here.. whenever i watch game in the afternoon i noticed there are also a lot of people walking and jogging here at night.. i'm a bit late this morning because my alarm clock didn't didn't ring but luckily i still manage to wake up.. there are still plenty of people out here jogging this morning too...

After a few laps around the capitol, i notice this beautiful flowers, the yellow one is survival, and the other one is blue,. Export a rare for me to see a flower that is natural blue color.. i as a woman sitting nearby what kind of flower they were.. she saidaya yellow one is a variety of lantana and the blue is called leadwort.. it's my first time hearing the name of this flower and i'm not sure what they are called locally.. and i took some picture..

Since the sun was starting to get a bit harsh.. so i decided to get home besides i'm already soaking wet with sweat..
