A Wednesday Walk: Chasing the Sunset on the Way to the Boardwalk🌴🌅

Hello hivers! This is my first time posting in this peaceful community for wednesday walk😊💗. I hope everyone had a wonderful wednesday! How are you guys? This wednesday, I'm sharing my lovely walk to my municipality's longest boardwalk at Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte located along the seaside.

I decided to take a walk toward the longest boardwalk in our town after seeing the beautiful sunset at our national highway. I wasn't really in a hurry. I just wanted to get some fresh air, move around a little, and enjoy the scenery along the way.

As I continued walking, I noticed that the sky was starting to change. The sun was slowly going down, and the sunset became extremely beautiful🌅. The sky was glowing with warm colors, and with the sea nearby, the whole view felt so peaceful.

I actually stopped for a while just to appreciate it on the way to the boardwalk with my friends. And when we arrived there, we saw this carousel near the entrance.

It looked pretty! And it was only for children to ride lol😅. Not for adults.

We went to take some pictures around the boardwalk. The structure you can see in this picture is actually another one of their rides where you can ride a bicycle in the air with wires supporting you.

A little history info about this boardwalk was that this was an old port turned boardwalk, in the past, this was only one road, not three. the other two on the sides are made of wood.

This walk was so peaceful for me. Like I was relaxing my mind from being at home where we're busy with our usual routines that we tend to forget to look around and notice simple moments like this.

I continued my walk around the boardwalk, enjoying the cool breeze and the seaside atmosphere. It wasn't anything complicated—just me, a quiet walk, and a beautiful sunset—but somehow, it made my Wednesday feel a little more special🌊🤍.

I can say I'm glad I decided to walk that afternoon because I got to see a beautiful sunset that I might have missed if I had stayed at home and I get to spend time with my friends.
