I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #980 - Blockchain Technology Is Going Multi-Chain! - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Thursday, April 3, 2025

I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

One of the most exciting developments in the cryptosphere for me is the work that is being done to interconnect separate blockchains, and to make them interoperable with each other, which is and will create an integrated multi-chain super-network of multitudes of blockchain ecosystems. I'm seeing talk of such development everywhere as of late, both on and off Hive, so I know that things are reaching a critical threshold, and will indeed begin moving quite quickly.

I'm picky about technology, and blockchain technology, so Hive, and a few others like Bastyon, Qortal, DeSo to some degree, and now the Voi Network, are the only ones where I have much interest presently in maintaining an active presence. The idea of being able to interact, and transfer assets easefully and quickly, between all the blockchain ecosystems where I do choose to be active, gives me a lot to which I have to look forward. Hive will always be my primary blockchain home, however, as it seemingly just 'fits' me best, no matter how much I appreciate cool aspects about other chains.

Until complete interoperability arrives, I'll just keep growing my assets on a handful of other chains, to create future investment leverage here on Hive, as for me, the investment opportunities in this Ecosystem are so numerous, and so good, that most of my investments will remain allocated here, as it's one of the best frameworks to leverage and grow assets. If I run into other solid investment possibilities off-chain, then I'll surely explore, and I might even make use of them, but in the end I'll always reinvest what I make off-chain, here on Hive.

Aside from the ongoing development work to make the separate blockchain ecosystems easefully interoperable, there is also the related development to integrate AI with blockchain technology, to create AI-driven, web3, super dapps, that incorporate and utilize elements from many blockchains, simultaneously. That's likely the future of what we think of as 'social media', and it will likely be far more interesting than the present web2 versions, that's for sure!

As crypto adoption continues to spread, this multi-chain super-network of blockchains won't just stay in cryptospace, however, but will spill out into our daily lives everywhere, soon to make it almost completely irrelevant which crypto assets which may hold on this blochain or that, because they will all be easily exchangeable one for the other. That's coming very soon, my friends!

Yesterday, Thursday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive tasks, just before 2:30PM, focusing first, as I usually do, on some photography for these posts. The sun wasn't cooperating very well, but I did get a nice batch regardless. After photo-taking, I went to lead a garden party in the fenced garden, to do more weeding. Once I finished with that, I took a quick asset-management break up at the Flow House, then I did a round of shadow hunting, for my entry in the Shadow Hunters Contest, and finally I got my machete and collected a wheelbarrow full assorted edible foliage for cow-milking food. Once I had that done, I took a shower, passed by the Landing to pick up my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee front the fridge, and then I made my way back to the Flow House, to get into my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I finished everything up by about 10:30PM, at which point I wrote and published My Entry for Shadow Hunters Community Contest/Show Me a Shadow: Round 367 - Coster's Curse Shadows, did some asset management, then I went to bed around 12AM. I woke up just before 7:30AM, having slept fairly well, doing more asset management, beginning on this post, and then getting out of bed to go make my superfood fire coffee, and to strain and blend kefir (since I wouldn't have time later), in the Landing, before returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just after 11:30AM, so a fantastic time to wrap this up, so that I may get to my few other important Hive tasks, before preparing for my session with Charlotte at 1:30PM. 2025 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
