I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #1550 - Refocusing on My Autonomous Liquidity-Pool Agent with Hermes - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Friday, October 16, 2026

I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 8 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Well, after a week (as of last night) of working with Hermes on my fun side project, porting the original 1997 Windows 95 game, Total Annihilation, to Linux as 64-bit, Linux-native code, I have to say that in the end the results were very mixed. The Linux reimplemwntation that Hermes (using GLM5.3) carried out definitely still needs a lot of work, as it's far from the original game, but it is a solid start at least. After a week straight of work on this, I'm happy to put it on the shelf for a bit, so that I can get back to my autonomous liquidity-pool agent.

The liquidity-pool agent, while being mostly done, does still need a few tweaks, refinements, and changes. Up until now its autonomy has been carefully gated and controlled. Last night, after a week of successful simulation runs, it was given autonomy within a larger fence, to then observe, tweak, and refine some more.

When I notice the pool agent making odd or wrong choices, I have Hermes focus on those areas, to determine why, to make sure that every essential measurement metric is based on real data, and to make sure that certain important information is taken into account. So it's been many rounds of iterating and improving, and there are now several diverse layers of assessment and calculation that have come from it.

The agent's decision chain already makes pretty solid choices overall, so now I'm basically refining it along the edges, one piece at a time, with each refinement making it more accurate and effective. There are a couple of people, one friend here, Avi, and one Hive friend, @kenny-crane, who both wanted to look at the code for the liquidity-pool agent, with Avi wanting to take a look at the code for the TA Linux reimplementation as well, so Hermes created two private repositories on GitHub, one for each, last night, to give them access. Avi would like to look over and perhaps improve the code of both projects using Opus 5.5 via Claude Code, which I do think would be very helpful.

After observing this pool agent over time at its current level of fenced autonomy, and assessing that its decisions are indeed good ones, the parameters of the fence will be expanded again. There will likely be a few rounds of this assessing-expanding process, as the agent is increasingly given greater levels of autonomy, based on its performance.

Yesterday, Friday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, by just before 3PM, giving my attention first to some photography for my posts. Once I had that completed, I grabbed my machete and I used it to clear a good amount of cane grass that was growing in the path leading out to the 400 acres. With that task finally done, I took a shower, took a quick break up at the Flow House, then I went to Wabisabi to make Avi (who's paying me to do so) and myself some food, and with that and my leftover superfood fire coffee in hands, I headed back to the Flow House, to begin my evening Hive tasks, and to work with Hermes a bit more. I got through all of my notifications by a little after 9:30PM, and after another round of working with Hermes, I went to bed by just around 11:30PM. I woke up just before 7:30AM, having slept well, going to prepare my superfood fire coffee in Wabisabi, then returning to the Flow House to write this post, and to work some more with Hermes. It's now just before 1:15PM, so it's a lovely time to wrap this up, so that I may attend to my few other important Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to focus first on some photography for my posts, and then on some jungle-community/land work and tasks. I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until tomorrow's version of these posts! Always forward, onward, upward, and whaleward, ho, together we go! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

2026 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.

All photos were taken with my Motorola G Play 2024 Android Phone.

Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Vote for our @aliveandmmb Witness Node!

This is our collaboratively shared Witness node between the We Are Alive Tribe, and @borniet's and my MMB (Maximum Mutual Benefit) Project, here to build something good for all of us! The higher in the witness ranking we go, the more that we'll be able to grow the We Are Alive Tribe, and the more that we'll be able to share with all of you!

If you appreciate what we're doing with the We Are Alive Tribe, and feel inspired and motivated to lend a hand in building and growing our decentralized community economy and financial framework, which benefits all of us, community conntributions/donations/investments may be sent to our 'We Are Alive Tribe Sovereign Wealth Investment Fund' account, @waat-swif. They're deeply appreciated, and are put to very good use.

Vote for @borniet's @botlord Witness Node!

Bjorn is our badass coder who hosts and manages our (and also Bradley's) community backends, he creates all sorts of useful tools, and he assists people all over the Blockchain constantly. He redefines the term 'busy'!

Vote for @bradleyarrow's Witness Node!

Bradley's tenaciously committed and all-in on Hive for the long haul (just like me!), and the higher his witness goes in the ranking, the higher the weekly BBH and BBHO dividend payouts will be!

Join my Satsman Army! Satsman is by far the best, most engaging, fun, inspiring, and motivating, educational, and profitable way to earn Bitcoin/BTC that I've ever seen! You will not regret it!
