I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #1545 - 36.7k HP Smashed, and Ongoing Game-Porting Work with Hermes - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Sunday, October 11, 2026

I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 8 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

As expected, I crossed the threshold of 36,700 Hive Power yesterday, Sunday afternoon, which means that I may indeed reach 36,900 Hive Power before the end of the week, with 37,000 Hive Power coming about a half a week after that. While my HP is not growing as quickly as it is for some, it is still increasing with notable rapidity.

The fun game project on which I've been working with Hermes, in a very focused manner since Friday evening, building a 64-bit Linux-native Total Annihilation application, a direct clone of the original 1997 Windows 95 game, is still ongoing. While I had hoped to have everything finished by last night, image-rendering issues have kept Hermes busy, hunting bugs, and troubleshooting code, clear into today.

Just about everything works with this new Linux iteration of Total Annihilation so far, but given the fact that we've been decompiling and decoding, and are rewriting the codebase byte by byte, there are bound to be a few issues that arise. Round after round, we're getting closer, with incremental progress being made.

As I mentioned in yesterday's post, Total Annihilation was far ahead of its time (by at least a decade) in terms of its technological sophistication, so mapping and replicating its whole functionality in new code is a fairly complex endeavor. This is precisely where agentic AI, like Hermes Agent, combined with capable models, like GLM5.3, can massively accelerate a process that could have taken months, or even years.

This project that I began for fun has certainly taken on a life of its own, with me being laser-focused on it for just about four days now, and now I'm determined to see it to the end. I'm really hoping that Hermes is finally able to get the image rendering straightened out by today, so that we can move on to packaging by tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

Yesterday, Sunday, I left the Flow House, after finishing my more-numerous Sunday Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, by around 2:30PM, giving my attention first to some photography for my posts, and then to sunbathing on the trampoline in the Peanut Lawn for a short while. Since it was Sunday, I didn't want to get into any major projects, though I did unload Ano's truck after the Sunday market, and I chopped and dumped bad/used coconuts at the upper coco bar. With those completed, and after a shower, I made food for Avi (who's paying me to do so) and myself in Wabisabi, and after a short dinner with him, I collected my leftover superfood fire coffee from the small temporary fridge, and I headed back to the Flow House, to begin my evening Hive tasks, and to work some more with Hermes. I got through all of my notifications by about 10PM, and after another round of working with Hermes, I went to bed by just after 12AM. I woke up just before 8AM, having slept fairly well, going to prepare my superfood fire coffee in Wabisabi, before returning to the Flow House, to write this post, and to work a bit more with Hermes. It's now just after 1:15PM, so it's an excellent time to wrap this up, so that I may attend to my few other important Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to focus first on some photography for my posts, and then on some jungle-community/land work and tasks. I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until tomorrow's reincarnation of these posts! Always forward, onward, upward, and whaleward, ho, together we go! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

2026 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.

All photos were taken with my Motorola G Play 2024 Android Phone.

Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Vote for our @aliveandmmb Witness Node!

This is our collaboratively shared Witness node between the We Are Alive Tribe, and @borniet's and my MMB (Maximum Mutual Benefit) Project, here to build something good for all of us! The higher in the witness ranking we go, the more that we'll be able to grow the We Are Alive Tribe, and the more that we'll be able to share with all of you!

If you appreciate what we're doing with the We Are Alive Tribe, and feel inspired and motivated to lend a hand in building and growing our decentralized community economy and financial framework, which benefits all of us, community conntributions/donations/investments may be sent to our 'We Are Alive Tribe Sovereign Wealth Investment Fund' account, @waat-swif. They're deeply appreciated, and are put to very good use.

Vote for @borniet's @botlord Witness Node!

Bjorn is our badass coder who hosts and manages our (and also Bradley's) community backends, he creates all sorts of useful tools, and he assists people all over the Blockchain constantly. He redefines the term 'busy'!

Vote for @bradleyarrow's Witness Node!

Bradley's tenaciously committed and all-in on Hive for the long haul (just like me!), and the higher his witness goes in the ranking, the higher the weekly BBH and BBHO dividend payouts will be!

Join my Satsman Army! Satsman is by far the best, most engaging, fun, inspiring, and motivating, educational, and profitable way to earn Bitcoin/BTC that I've ever seen! You will not regret it!
