I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 8 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Well, as expected, I blew past 36,600 Hive Power yesterday afternoon, and it's very likely that I'll exceed 36,700 Hive Power before the end of the week. At this rate, 37,000 Hive Power should be reached by the week after next. Then I'll only have 3,000 HP to go to achieve 40,000 Hive Power.

I talk about and promote open-source software and frameworks in my posts often, and for many very good reasons, though with recent very-interesting developments, closed-source software as a whole may indeed be coming to the end of the line. There are now software suites that can decompile any closed-source application, so that its underlying code, and how it functions, can be easily assessed, and even taken to build an open-source clone, or even something better than the original closed-source application. Basically, nothing can truly remain closed-source any longer.

There are a whole bunch of big software and tech companies and corporations that are going to have to completely redo how they generate income, given that many of them rely on proprietary, closed-source applications and frameworks. It does indeed appear that open source has won, and in a completely different way than anyone expected.

Used in conjunction with AI agents, these SRE (Software Reverse-Engineering) frameworks make any closed-source application an open book. Currently the most well-known of these SRE frameworks is Ghidra, which was put on Gihub by none other than the US NSA (National Security Agency). If this is what is being released on Github, it's absolutely certain that what they use internally is far superior.

Although I haven't worked with any of these software-decompiling suites yet, either alone or with Hermes (honesty I haven't had any need to do so yet), I am deeply intrigued, and I may do a test with an old beloved Windows 95 game from the 90s, Total Annihilation, to get it to run natively in Linux. I rather like that idea, and I know that in working with Hermes on it, that it could be accomplished fairly quickly. Agentic-AI frameworks like Hermes Agent make this, and innumerable other potential goals, very easily achievable. Pretty soon I may have Hermes start working on building me my own local, private, and completely-custom liquidity-pool-management interface/web page. That sounds like a whole lot of fun to me!

Yesterday, Wednesday, after finishing up my Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks by around 1PM, I prepared for a session that was scheduled for 1:30PM. This session was atypical, as I was the one receiving this time around, which was very much needed and appreciated. We wrapped up the session by around the 5:30PM, and after making a quick food-supply run to Tutu's to restock Wabisabi, I made Avi (who's paying me to do so) and myself some food, and with my portion and my superfood fire coffee in hands, I headed back to the Flow House to begin my evening Hive tasks, and to work some more with Hermes. I got through all of my notifications by about 9:45PM, and after another productive round of work with Hermes, I went to bed by just about 11:30PM. I woke up just before 7AM, having slept fairly well, going to prepare my superfood fire coffee in Wabisabi, then returning to the Flow House to write this post, and to work with Hermes a bit more. It's now just after 12:30PM, so it's a lovely time to wrap this up, so that I may attend to my few other important Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, before preparing for another session that's scheduled for 1:30PM (which may not happen, since it's been raining all day so far). 2026 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
