I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 8 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Over the past several years, even as I've lived off grid in the jungle in far East Hawai'i, I've had a strong focus on open-source, community-driven software, projects, and frameworks, like Linux, Arch Linux specifically, and blockchain ecosystems such as Hive, Qortal, and Blurt, and in that time I've learned a huge amount, and also created and built some very cool things, as I bridge sovereign technology with my close-to-nature way of life. Now, with my recent deep dive in the spring of this year into agentic AI and their frameworks and systems, this passion has only grown, because I now have a clearly-accessible way to bridge, connect, and integrate these different tech domains with each other, into greater functional, and amazing wholes.

Working with incredible technologies like this, while at the same time living barefooted and naked in the jungle in an off-grid community, is a massive justaposition of very different worlds, and it has definitely not been the easiest path at all, but even with the notable challenges, what I've been able to do, create, and build with it all over the course of years still honesty blows my mind. I've learned to do a whole lot with very little indeed.

Hive has been a primary focus ever since I found it 5 years ago, which can be easily seen by looking at my account history, and my commitment, dedication, and love for it and its community have never wavered, even though some exceptionally challenging times. It's incredibly good to see Hive and its economy on an upswing once again (can you believe that HIVE is already back up to $0.06?!?), because it's been years since that's been the case. I hope and pray that this new trend continues.

Now with agentic-AI tech thoroughly integrated into how I do things, what I am able to accomplish in terms of software development on Linux, Hive, Qortal, and Blurt, among others, has been dramatically expanded, which for an integrator like me is extremely exciting. Possibilities that I never imagined are now at my doorstep, and at my finger tips. The greatest challenge is deciding where and how to focus first.

Using Hermes Agent, with an assortment of capable AI models like GLM5.3-Flash, Kimi-K3, Nemotron-3-Ultra, and the new MimiMax-M3.1 (as the anonymous stealth model Space Bunny), I'm now in the process of making Arch Linux and Hive one coherent, functional system. I'm still in the early stages of course (I haven't even been working with Hermes and agentic AI for a year yet), though even in the span of only a few months, I've made huge progress and strides. Those massive strides are indeed expected to continue, so I really can barely imagine where I'll be in a year's time, but I'm very much looking forward to finding out!

Yesterday, Friday, I left the Kazbah, after finishing up my Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, by a little after 3PM, giving my attention first to some photography for my posts, and then to a few small jungle-community tasks, including collecting and repackaging the two sets of ethernet signal boosters with their power injectors, to send back, as they turned out to have no noticeably benefical effect, and harvesting three racks of ripe bananas. With those completed, I spent some time helping Ano as he worked to pull an important fruit tree more upright, after it had been knocked semi-sideways during the previous hurricane. With that finally completed, I made Avi (who's paying me to do so) and myself some food in Wabisabi, and I collected my leftover superfood fire coffee from the temporary fridge, before heading back to the Kazbah to work with Hermes some more, and go begin my evening Hive tasks, while keeping track of the generator that I had turned on just a short time earlier. I got through all of my Hive notifications by just after 10PM, and after working with Hermes a bit more, I went to bed by just after 11:30PM. I woke up around 6AM, having slept well, going to prepare my superfood fire coffee in Wabisabi, then returning to the Kazbah, for another round of working with Hermes, and to write this post. It's now just before 2PM, so it's an excellent time to wrap this up, so that I may attend to my few other important Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, before leaving the Kazbah a little later in the afternoon, to focus first on some photography for my posts, and then on some jungle-community/land work and tasks. 2026 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
