I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 7 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! πππβ‘π₯π₯β΄οΈβ³οΈβοΈπ£π±β¨π€

Warm greetings all! πππβ¨π€
Since the free-preview period for GLM5.3-Flash (under the anonymous 'Ox Alpha' moniker) ended on OpenCode earlier this week, I've been testing an assortment of open-weight LLMs and LLM-inference providers via free offerings, to find a combo that works consistently and reliably for my setup with Hermes Agent. Aside from OpenCode, I've also given OpenRouter, AIHubMix, and Nvidia a try, and I've had success using all of them, but in the end rate limits, especially on weekends (when servers are overloaded), have always come back to bite me. With that being the case, I've been jumping around a bit.

In my LLM-inference-provider hopping, I've worked (even for a short time) with some excellent, very capable models, like my favorite GLM5.3-Flash, Kimi-K3, Nemotron-3-Ultra, and Hy3. I still want to test out Laguna-S-2.1, Deepseek-V4-Flash, and Mimo2.5, but according to Grok (on X), of those models Nemotron-3-Ultra is the best fit for use in Hermes Agent for long-running agentic workflows and coding.

Running my own LLMs locally is the best choice for day-to-day routines and tasks, but I'm still working on stability and reliability over long-running sessions, so for the moment I'm primarily using open-source and open-weight cloud-based models for my work with Hermes. Although it's a bit hit or miss due to rate limits, good progress is still being made using various capable models.

At the moment I'm working with Hermes on tying up any loose ends and breaks in our agentic flow, which we're accomplishing bit by bit, to make our whole agentic operating system more resilient. Thankfully most of this work can be delegated to Hermes to carry out, with my direction and suggestions.

Even with the frustrations and setbacks, everything is moving a lot more quickly now in terms of development and progress, and free cloud-based models have made it possible. I'm also getting a good bit of experience working with, and getting to know, different models and model families, which is super interesting to me, as they each have their own unique agentic flavor inside Hermes.

Yesterday, Friday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, by around 3PM, giving my attention first to some photography for my posts, after which I went to the shop to collect some twine, an iron stake, and a mallet, and then I traversed the property to stake one of my allspice trees back upright after it got knocked semi-sideways during the last hurricane. With that completed, I got my machete and I went to do some clearing in the new orchard behind Kana's place. Once I had that done for the day, I trekked back across the property again to take a shower, and to make myself some food, and to collect my leftover superfood fire coffee from the fridge in Wabisabi, before heading back to the Flow House to work with Hermes a bit more, and to begin on my evening Hive tasks. It's now just before 2PM, so it's an excellent time to wrap this up, so that I may attend to my few other important Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to focus first on some photography for my posts, and then on some jungle-community/land work and tasks. I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until tomorrow's manifestation of these posts! Always forward, onward, upward, and whaleward, ho, together we go! π π π β¨ π€

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.
2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.
4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.

All photos were taken with my Motorola G Play 2024 Android Phone.

Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! πππβ¨π€

There will be more ALIVE pools coming soon!

This is our collaboratively shared Witness node between the We Are Alive Tribe, and @borniet's and my MMB (Maximum Mutual Benefit) Project, here to build something good for all of us! The higher in the witness ranking we go, the more that we'll be able to grow the We Are Alive Tribe, and the more that we'll be able to share with all of you!

If you appreciate what we're doing with the We Are Alive Tribe, and feel inspired and motivated to lend a hand in building and growing our decentralized community economy and financial framework, which benefits all of us, community conntributions/donations/investments may be sent to our 'We Are Alive Tribe Sovereign Wealth Investment Fund' account, @waat-swif. They're deeply appreciated, and are put to very good use.

Bjorn is our badass coder who hosts and manages our (and also Bradley's) community backends, he creates all sorts of useful tools, and he assists people all over the Blockchain constantly. He redefines the term 'busy'!

Bradley's tenaciously committed and all-in on Hive for the long haul (just like me!), and the higher his witness goes in the ranking, the higher the weekly BBH and BBHO dividend payouts will be!
