I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 7 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Sadly I don't have anything particularly inspiring, motivating, or even likely interesting to share today. Not much has flowed in any sort of easeful or elegant manner this morning, or moving into the afternoon. It's so wild just how drastically differently one day can be from another, and also quite jarring. I feel very 'off' again today, with a headache on and off for about 3 days now, which definitely doesn't make focusing on anything, especially while staring at digital screens, very easy at all.

While I'm usually solidly healthy, my life is not balanced at all, and I do fall into moments of greater imbalance from time to time. That's what this feels like, being in a notably imbalanced state for too long. Being imbalanced has allowed me to learn and progress to a huge degree, and very quickly, in my various technological passions into which I've been diving deeply over the years. That has a price, however, as most of my human needs and desires have been put on the shelf, neglected and almost forgotten, for far too long now.

That hyper-focus on Hive, Arch/Artix Linux, and now locally-run agentic-AI frameworks, was, and is, in part a compensation for a very broken, and shattered heart, as much as I do very much love them. I haven't had any sort of close or intimate human connection or relationship in several years now, and with things as they currently are, I don't think that I really even know how to connect with people any more, as sad as that is to say, and as much as I'd like to do so. While I live in an intentional community, I'm now mostly on the edge or outskirts of it, and I spend the vast majority of my time, 95-99% of it, alone.

I've been far more social and outgoing on Hive than I've been in my day-to-day life for years now, and now I'm even less so on Hive as well, in large part due to Hive's massive and heartbreaking downturn and decline. Even me writing these posts is mostly just for me now, as very few people usually read or comment on them. I still endeavor to help and support my fellow Hivers as much as I'm able, both on my account, and in the We Are Alive Tribe, because that's one thing that is still deeply meaningful for me.

I finally got to some more-thorough asset management on my own account this morning, the first time in more than a week. I used to do that several times every day. I still have to do the same on a few 'We Are Alive Tribe' accounts, though with how drastically our SWAP.HIVE income has dropped, that's just easier when I allow a few weeks to pass first, so that I have enough investment liquidity to do much of anything useful. Hive, and how things are done here, and my own life, and how I choose to fill it, are drastically in need of some strongly beneficial and positive changes and shifts, that is clear.

Yesterday, Sunday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up most of my numerous important Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, by around 3:30PM, giving my attention to some photography for my posts first, and then to a few small jungle-community tasks, most of which was helping Braja with a few things at her place. I went to Wabisabi in the early evening to make myself some food, and to collect my leftover superfood fire coffee from the fridge, and with those in hands, I headed back to the Flow House, to begin my evening Hive tasks. I wasn't feeling so great again, with another headache, so after another hot shower, and a nap on my bed, I was only able to get through a few of my notifications before I just needed to go to sleep, by a little after 9:30PM. I woke up just after 7AM, still feeling quite off and dull, preparing this post and my Weekly-Hive-Goals-and-Progress Update to write later, going to prepare my superfood fire coffee (which I couldn't finish last night, for the first time in ages) in Wabisabi, then returning to the Flow to write this post. I had to take a break to go take another hot shower, and to lay in the sun for a while, which did thankfully help a good bit. It's now just before 1:15PM, so it's a very good time to wrap this up, so that I may attend to my few other important Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to focus on some photography for my posts first, and then on some jungle-community/land work and tasks. I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until my goals-and-progress update as soon as I'm able to get get it done, and the next version of these posts tomorrow afternoon! Always forward, onward, upward, and whaleward, ho, together we go! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

2026 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
