I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 7 years now. Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

I'm happy to say I was able to run my first AI models on my laptop last night, using various Podman AI-Lab recipes, which are pre-configured templates that allow me to use the different AI models for various purposes, such as a chatbot, for coding, for problem solving, for information summarizarion, among others. These recipes provide the basic functional framework, to get things up and running fast via containers and pods. All the recipes are open source, and can he modified and augmented as needed, and as such can be used as a springboard for me to build my own custom AI agent, that would be capable of accessing and running operations on my Arch/Artix installations, and doing internet searches that are then synthesized and summarized.

Those augmented agentic capabilities aren't available in the base podman AI-Lab recipe templates, but very thankfully they can be used to create custom AI Agents, capable of doing all sorts of useful and helpful tasks on my laptop, and even online. That's exactly what I'm in the process of doing now, beginning with integrating web-searches-synthesis-summarization functionality, and I'm using Grok to help me do it, so I'm using AI to help me build my custom AI agent.

The difference between an AI model and an AI agent, is that model, also know as an LLM (Large-Languages Model), is the 'brain', the basic underlying functionality and logic, while the agent aspect would be the tools and frameworks that allow the model to act in more 'real-world' ways, such as by autonomously performing web searches, and then synthesizing and summarizing the results, or performing system operations and making changes in my Arch/Artix Linux installations, within parameters that I specify. I'm learning so much so quickly in all this, and I'm progressing so rapidly, that I've got to say that I'm more than a little excited about what I'll soon be able to do, create, and build.

Theoretically, I could even hook it up to Hive accounts, and allow it to perform specific tasks, such as, say, different types of asset management, which I know that I'd find super helpful. I'll look into that possibility once I'm a bit more further along in my AI-agent development process, but that possibility sure is interesting.

I'm actually not sure yet of the the limits of what I'll be able to accomplish and implement as I further progress in my AI-Agent education, but from the looks of things at the moment, I'd say that there are many fascinating avenues to explore indeed. I'm just beginning, and I've still got so much to learn, but I'm off to an exceedingly good start.

Yesterday, Monday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, by just after 2:30PM, giving my attention to some photography for my posts first, and then to a few small jungle-community tasks. After wrapping those up, I took a quick break up at the Flow House, then I worked on laying ethernet line through conduit from La'a Pue'o to the Mana Hut, with Avi's assistance for part of it. I didn't have time yesterday to cut and put heads on the ethernet cables yet, so I'm planning to do that Wednesday. When we finished up with that for the day, I went to turn on the generator for a little while, then to Wabisabi to make myself some food, and with that and my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee in hands, I returned to the Flow House to do a little more AI-agent research, and to begin my evening Hive tasks. I wasn't able to get through all of my notfications last night, finally stopping by just before 11PM to do some asset management, and then to go to bed by just after 12:15AM. I woke up just after 7AM, having slept fairly well, going to prepare my superfood fire coffee in Wabisabi, then heading back to the Flow House to do more AI-agent research and experimentation, and to write this post. It's now just before 12:45PM, so it's a wonderful time to wrap this up, so that I may attend to my few other important Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, before preparing for a session that's scheduled for 1:30PM. 2026 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
