I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #1126 - A Strategic Asset Reallocation to the SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.BTC Pool - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Wednesday, August 27, 2025

I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 6 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Almost 4 days ago I added my latest fiat Hive Investment of $600 into the SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.LTC diesel/liquidity pool, with the intention of growing my assets for about 3 months, to give my HPUD mega-powerup near the year an extra boost. While the pool fees that I've been earning have been quite good, after a little more pool analysis, it became apparent to me that it would very likely be possible to grow my assets more quickly by swapping my SWAP.LTC for SWAP.BTC, and adding it into the SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.BTC pool, which I did end up deciding to do just a few minutes ago.

The SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.BTC pool, which is in 3rd place for total pool fees earned, is presently at $52,336.756 in total lifetime fees earned, compared to the SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.LTC pool, which is in 6th place, which is presently at $23,336.790 for total lifetime fees earned, so more than double. Even with a lower total stake in the SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.BTC pool compared to the SWAP.HIVE:LTC pool, 0.902% verses 0.262%, I should still hopefully be able to increase the rate at which the pool fees accrue, thus allowing me to do a bigger end-of-year mega-powerup.

The initial fees that I've received so far in the SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.BTC pool are already looking quite good, though I'll still have to compare them to how they were for the SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.LTC pool over the same time period. It appears that they're better, but we shall indeed see.

This was a bit of a gamble, since I don't actually know if I'll receive more pool fees over the same time frame. If it turns out that I don't, then obviously I'd switch back to the SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.LTC pool, even though I'd likely lose a little in the swapping process. I should be able to assess the difference in earned fees from the two pools by the 30th, which is when I'll decide where to grow my mega-powerup assets for the next 3 months.

My next fiat investment, after this last one, was going to be alloted to the SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.LTC pool, but depending on what I learn over the next two days, I'll decide if that is still the best choice, or whether it would be more effective and useful to add to the SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.BTC pool instead. This round is really just getting experience with the same amount of invested assets in both pools, to see which is more profitable, which will allow me to make a better decision. I'll certainly be sharing updates, for all those who might have an interest in investing in either of these two pools. I'm very curious how this experiment will go, but I'll learn valuable information regardless.

Yesterday, Wednesday, after finishing up my Hive tasks by around 12:30PM, I prepared for a session that was scheduled for 1:30PM. The session started a little behind schedule, it went well, and we wrapped it up by just after 5PM, after which I went to the Landing to make myself some food (a simple grilled cheese, with cheddar cheese, on sourdough, with mixed mustards), and with that and my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee in hand(s), I headed back to the Flow House, to get into my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I finished quite late, by just after 11:30PM, and after some asset management, and a scan of my X feed, I went to bed just before 12AM. I woke up just before 7:30AM, having slept well, doing more asset management, going to make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, then returning to the Flow House to write this post. I had to pause that for a while to go attend the Thursday community heartshare meeting, from which I left early to make my way back to the Flow House to get back to this post. It's now just after 12:15PM, so quite a good time to wrap this up, so that I may get to my other few important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to focus first on photography for my posts, straining and blending kefir, and then community/land work. 2025 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
