I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 6 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Have you seen the market price of ALIVE lately?!?

Yep, you might have noticed that the market price of our beloved ALIVE token has been rising quite a bit over the past few months, and especially over the past few weeks. At the moment, ALIVE is in the 0.03 range, with the highest buy order at 0.030587, and the highest sell order is 0.030597, so only a 0.000010 difference. The buy and sell walls are very close to each other, which is excellent indeed!

As someone who's working to create greater value for the ALIVE token, seeing the price progression since we took over core leadership of the We Are Alive Tribe near the end of December, is so very good to see. The increase in market price is likely due to our community now having a solid, committed, and dedicated team, the ALIVE tipping bot being back in action, the greater number of @alive.chat weekly activities, and the re-activation of daily rewards, and with a twist, since this time around I wanted to enable them for both held and staked ALIVE.

Behind the scenes, I've been working to come up with new ways to add value to both our token and our community, and to grow the necessary resources that open the door to being able to give even more ALIVE benefits to all of you over time. The next idea that I want to implement at some point soon is daily HIVE rewards for held and staked ALIVE, to add to the existing daily rewards of ALIVE, BBH, LOLZ, and PEPE. As I keep growing our daily income in various tokens, I also plan to add others to our daily rewards as well, as sufficient quantities become available.

Growing assets takes time, and I appreciate the patience that all of you have as I build a solid financial base for our community, which will allow us to offer ever more value to you. I'm leveraging and investing the best I can with present assets, and our resources are growing pretty well I'd say. The delegation of our 20,000+ BEE to @bee.voter has been working very well indeed, and it's allowed me to boost both @alive.chat and @aliveandthriving by several hundred Hive Power each. Some of the weekly HIVE received from that delegation is also used for the weekly HP-delegation payouts, and a bit more would be used for the future daily HIVE ALIVE-dividend payouts. Over the last month, this excellent delegation has given us about 276.5 HIVE, which is extraordinary.

With the present market prices, the total fiat-dollar-value of Alive Tribe assets is around $9,360, which isn't bad at all, but I can assure you all that I intend to increase that substantially as I progress with my asset-leveraging and investing endeavors. I'm truly just getting started!

Yesterday, Thursday, I left the Flow House, after wrapping up my Hive tasks, a little after 2:30PM, giving my attention first to some photography for my posts, and with that completed to my satisfaction, some sunbathing on the trampoline in the Peanut Lawn. Once I was well sunned, I went to help Ano in his nursery up-potting various saplings of assorted important trees and shrubs. We finished that just a bit before sunset, after which I made my way back to the other side of the property to collect my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the Landing fridge, and to head back to the Flow House to dive gently into my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications, along with some successful troubleshooting of one of my Arch Linux installations. I had lots of notifications again, so I wasn't able to get through them all before I had to stop around 11:30PM, to do some asset management, and then to go to bed just after 12AM. I woke up just after 6AM, having slept quite well, doing more asset management, beginning on this post, getting out of bed around 7AM to go make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, and then returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just before 1:30PM, so a marvelous time to end this post, so that I may get to my few other important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow a little later in the afternoon, to focus first on photography for my posts, and then community/land work. 2025 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
