I remember back in the days (15 years ago), when I was running a couple of small gaming websites... I had nice advertisers and I wanted to keep them happy, so I was occasionally buying traffic... In those times, over 90% of traffic was bots, so there were signs of Dead Internet theory, but with AI and AI Agents, this is going to another level...

I’m glad you won the fight for this photo point, haha. You got amazing shots, they’re representative of the refreshing moment. It’s great to see how the runner's expression changes with the water contact and you were in the exact spot ready to haunt them. Excellent work as always, dear.

Drink a glass of milk daily to keep colon cancer away!

A large observational study, conducted by Oxford University and Cancer Research UK, showed a 17% lower risk of colorectal cancer in those who consumed 300 mg of extra calcium daily. Drinking a large glass of milk daily provides that amount of calcium. Other dairy products, such as yogurt or cheese, can also be consumed!

The researchers examined the associations of 97 dietary factors with colorectal cancer risk in 542,778 UK Women Study participants. Of them, 12,251 incident cases of colorectal cancer were reported over 16.6 years.
