We Are Alive! Another Restful Day
Today was another restful day, especially for me. As I decompress from a busy week, I found myself waking up a half-dozen times from my sleep, but then slept in extremely late. Like lunch-time kind of late. I would suppose my body and mind needed it!
On Friday evening, we read our after diner scripture, then gathered together for the Portion. My wife was also very tired, as she fell asleep about half-way through. I sent her to bed around 8 while I fed the children snack and brushed teeth and tucked them all into bed. We all retired early that Friday night!
Today seemed to go by so quickly. It's hard to believe it's already over and we're on to a new week... with deadlines. Remaining calm and collected, recharged over Sabbath, ready to take on whatever challenges this week has for us.
