It's Tuesday again, the weekly power-up day for ALIVE and HEARTBEAT tokens.

My day:

A decent start to the day. Weather has been better today.
Today, i completed few online tasks. I have yet to complete my actifit goal for the day. Will later complete it indoors.

Cricket News:

• Asian Games T20 Women's final, played in Japan
  India Women vs Srilanka Women
  India women won the final and the Gold Medal. Srilanka Women get Silver Medal for being runners-up and Pakistan Women beat Bangladesh Women to seal the Bronze medal

• Only T20 India Men vs Japan Men
  The match was rain affected and was reduced to five overs per side.
  India won the match by 2 runs.

• 1st ODI, England vs Srilanka played at Chester-le-Street, (Sri Lanka tour of England)
  England won the toss and elected to bat. The match is currently in progress.
