First Day of Ramadan | Alive and Thriving on Mar 01, 2025

Hi there. How are you? I hope you are doing great. Welcome to my short diary for Saturday, March 01, 2025.

The blessed and Holy month of Ramadan is started here. Saturday, March 01, was the first day of Ramadan. It's the best month for Muslims. It's an opportunity for us to get rid of our sins, to achieve forgiveness from Allah, and to save us from the Hellfire.

For the month of Ramadan, my duty time has been changed. I did morning shift duty from 9 am to 1 pm on Saturday morning. The evening shift started at 5 pm and ended at 10 pm! I consulted 30 patients in my chamber on Saturday.

In Oman, we are fasting for over 13 hours daily! So, no treadmill walk in the daytime. After returning home after 10 pm on Saturday, I couldn't walk on the treadmill. Most likely, it will be the same thing during the month of Ramadan.

Okay. That's all for today. Alhamdulillah, I am alive, healthy, and thriving. How about you?
