Yup, I wish I knew that sooner, how precious sleep is! My mother always told me, I never listened when I was young :-) And to be honest, having kids is such a sleepkiller, that you best have some spare stacked while you're young :-D

I always knew, but on the mainland especially I was usually such a night owl, as my mind and creativity often sharpened at night. Now all I want is sleep...lol! Although I do regret not having a family, honestly I couldn't even imagine the daily challenges. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
