This topic is bringing back some memories of something that is normally said in my part of the world. I can remember those days when ladies were crazy about keeping their natural hair, and when you see them, you're like, "Is this your natural?" Now the answer to that was supposed to be "a yes or no right" but then ladies from my part of the world won't allow us to rest. Instead of answering the question differently, they would decide to go through corners and be like, " We are team natural," I mean, who asked?

And those who aren't keeping natural hair would feel left out of the league, but then that doesn't affect me because "all hair na hair" as long as I have hair, we are equal, doesn't have to be natural or relaxed. Enough of the natural hair talk, let's talk about something else that is natural.

In today's world, people are increasingly concerned about consuming natural ingredients, as they believe it is a healthier option. And these things that we consume that have been processed can cause harm in our system.

Just yesterday, I was at my aunt's place when I saw her bringing out some things from her freezer, and I asked what they were. She said they are some natural tiger nut juice that she made for herself. She explained her reasons why she started doing it herself instead of purchasing it from the supermarket or from vendors.

Sometimes it's better to know what you are taking in your system because some of these refined foods aren't healthy. Often, you will be wondering why you are always falling sick; sometimes it isn't about the weather or malaria. I know often when I get certain symptoms, they always tie it to malaria and typhoid, but often it's beyond that. Often, it's the things we take into our system that do their thing like they own our system.

With the kind of things I've been hearing for a while, I believe it's the natural items that are very important when it comes to our consumption. Our health is our number one priority, and we don't have to mess with it. And talking about our health benefits, it's only natural food that can give us that.

How are natural foods distinguished from others: They are distinguished by their lack of harmful synthetic addictive. These foods haven't been altered; they lack any form of artificial preservatives and colors that sometimes can cause harm to the human body. The absence of artificial elements in our food can reflect a commitment to a cleaner and healthier lifestyle.

Natural food plays a significant role in promoting our health and making it better, and it has an effect on our overall well-being. Since natural foods are essential to the human body, we still have to consider certain challenges such as limitations to getting natural food. I know my nation is blessed with so many natural foods, but then the only limiting factor would be the cost attached to such foods. Not everyone can afford it.

That is the reason some people have started processing their natural food at home from scratch, because it's quite cheaper like that when considering the purchase cost.
