Safety: Everyone’s Business

Safety and security are very paramount to every man's life, because without them, we'll always live in fear, unrest, and panic due to the uncertainty of what might happen. And that's why it's always a good thing to join forces with everyone to ensure safety in your locality or anywhere you find yourself. So in the event that I have enough money and money is no longer my problem, would I be willing to invest heavily in a vigilant and security force that'll not only help safeguard me but also cap down terror in my community and reinstate it back to being a peaceful place or not? Below I'll be stating my choice between both and why.

Like I said above, the role of security and maintaining safety is everyone's responsibility and not just the security personnel's. If you're of the opinion that it's not your concern or business and you notice something suspicious, and rather than talk and create an awareness, you instead decide to turn a blind eye and look the other way, you're not doing others alone. You are also doing it for yourself because if the evil takes shape, it'll not only put others at risk but also yourself and everything you own, and that's why it's always advisable for us to be security conscious even in our lack. so that when we see something, we'll say something so that prior actions can be taken immediately to bring about peace and safety to lives and properties.

So responding to the prompt question, I'll definitely be willing to invest in a vigilant and security force that'll not only curb insecurity in my community but also uncover those behind them and bring everything to light so that peace can be reinstated back to my community and country at large. Take for instance my country Nigeria is going through a terrible phrase with insecurities at the moment, it's quite terrifying how we hear of kidnapping today, killing tomorrow, and we live in fear not sure if we'll be the next victim, so paraventure I've the money I'll definitely invest in security so that peace would no longer be a luxury we crave but sometimes we enjoy daily.

I've come to realize that the majority of those who are out there fighting crime are actually corrupt, and that's why I can't rely on them to help us, so since I'm rich, I'd rather just invest in vigilantes so they can fight crime and clamp down on activities and unrest in my community. Besides, fighting crime isn't only doing my community or country a favor; it's also doing myself a favor because doing so will ensure that my life won't be at risk, because when there's insecurity and corrupt offices, I'll most likely be sold out, but when I flush out all the bad eggs and prioritize safety in my community, not only will my life be safe, but also my family and loved ones' lives will be too, and the same would be the case with my estate and assets.
