The Sweet Spice To life (A Sugary Fanasy)

In a world heavily focused on health and moderation these days, it’s easy for the simple joy that sugar can bring to become an oversight. When enjoyed mindfully, sugar adds a mmph of sweetness that enhances the richness to life a delightful way.

As a full blown sweet-tooth i personally cannot imagine a living pattern without sugar added into my diet, Imagine a warm, freshly baked cookie or a perfectly frosted cupcake, the sugar in these treats doesn’t just tickle your taste buds, it sparks joy and creates moments of happiness. It's not just about the sugar itself but the memories and experiences that come with it. Birthdays, celebrations, and simple pleasures are often marked by sugary delights, creating moments of shared joy and connection.

Growing up, i would say my mother brought us up with sugary diet in moderation, but the special occasions where sugar was to be consumed in large quantities, like during having a great time at birthday parties and events, we were never restricted, because so to speak, this where occasional concepts. I was well aware of peers during childhood ,who ended up with conditions like pile that where so nasty to have a young children because of the mere incovinience to the body system, this experience that where shared allowed me as child to more respectful of the elders opinion of sugar intake in moderate quantity.

In this present age , as i am in my young adult years, i have leaned more towards the adoption of a much healthier lifestyle paying more attention to my diet and healthy habits, but i wouldn't say this is to an obsessive level like you would normally see in today's media. With my interests in adopting a healthy lifestyle i have discovered i have carried on moderation in this aspect too, like i had learnt from childhood. During often occasion where sweet foods are constantly present in large amount i go ham, but this is mostly because i know that it is in a situation whereby i am not going to be consuming a large amount of sweet food within a close range of time and this has been a pattern for healthy approach that i stand by.

I have also been made aware of the intricacies of the different patterns of food processing in the body, from my personal study on the topics, for example some study shows that when you consume sugary things within a space of time causes the insulin level to goes up in the primitive parts of our brain that cause dopamine release and causes you to be prone to crave sugar to a point where it become a nagging urge you might not be able to control, i would say that a great level of self-awareness that has been built by an individual would come to aid here, a constant awareness from self-monitoring is the best way to go about it, knowing your body reacts and biology would enable you develop a nieche pattern for your well being and happiness

So in conclusion i think it boils down to going by the life rule moderation is he of , i would never give up sugar in my diet, because it make me happy i would only develop a system for a healthy consumption to satisfy my bodies well being,In essence, sugar, when enjoyed in moderation, can be seen as a metaphor for life’s sweetness.. So, the next time you indulge in a sugary treat, remember it’s not just a pleasure for your palate but a reminder to enjoy the sweet moments life has to offer.

Moderation is the right word, we can't give up something that makes us happy!

The truth is that we can't do without sugar because everything we eat now is made using sugar, the only thing we can do is to take note of how we reduce the sugar in the body to avoid problems in the future.

my parents also brought us up with sugary diet in moderation but when I became an adult, I became so much in love with sugar and can hardly enjoy most of my meals without enough sugar in it

Embracing a more healthier lifestyle and paying more attention to my diet and healthy habits is the way to go...I am trying to stay disciplined enough to achieve this for my own good
Thanks for sharing

A regulatory pattern to controlling intake of edible with life threatening tendencies is always the way to go. Discipline as you mentioned is also as important, thanks for stopping by my post @nkemakonam89.

Hello @vanessakor
Thank you for sharing this with us.
A tip though; when sourcing your images, there are neater ways to do it. You could use the format below:
[Image Source] (input the link in here). Make sure there's no space between both sets of brackets. That way when you're done, it will look this way image Source.
This would be neater and give your post a more readable feel.
Thank you once again.☺️
