Technology is created to assist human creativity and not to make humans less creative.
It takes a creative person to utilize technology to the fullest. I believe technology compliments humans. Through technology, our work has been made easier, difficult tasks are now easy to execute.
With a technology like Ai, we now have aids to generate pictures in different parts of the world, we can now edit and create creative videos at ease and acquire knowledge easier and faster. Technology keeps evolving, from the age of printing press to our current devices, from the use of Abacus computer to our current digital devices.
Technology has just helped human creativity and not taken the human creativity or mind.
I agree it has it advantages and disadvantages. The negative side of laziness amongst those who totally depend on Ai, reduces critical and independent thinking and reduces the ability of their brain to function in diverse ways, but we still have a broader position aspect of technology to humanity.
The use of technology enhances creativity in many ways. With the use of technology like our phones and the features in our phones, creativity is now easy.
For instance: Using phone cameras used for videoing, with current technology we aren't only given a brighter camera to capture, but with technology that takes us to different locations and places without traveling there to capture the moment.
We find interesting adverts and commercials that are generated by Ai.
Also, with the intelligence and creative mind of humans, technology won't be utilized or explored to its maximum potential without humans.
With the help of technology, we now have countless resources and tools in different fields and works of life.
Technology advanced the banking system and that didn't take away creativity from humans, but gave them the privilege to work faster and at ease .
It gives bankers the opportunity to manage multiple customers and still work efficiently.
We can all agree that technology has always been a solution to our problems, it solves our problems effortlessly and helps in every field of life.
It has never made us less creative from the beginning or evolution, but has proven to compliment humans and make tasks easier to execute in every work of life, has saved costs and provides comfort not total dependence.
Technology plays an important function in our lives.
Technology has evolved, and now the world is full of innovative and creative technology that is assisting humans achieve their multiple tasks effortlessly.
Where it gets wrong with technology is when humans become totally dependent on technology and fail to utilize our potential as humans.
Just last week, I heard someone praising technology, and she made a comment; she said can't chat without utilizing ChatGPT.
ChatGPT composes her messages on WhatsApp, felt bad because that a limitation of the human mind.
For something as little as holding a conversation/ chatting, the human brain can execute that task and not an AI bot.
While we explore the use of AI in phones, it's also necessary to be able to execute simple acts with the aid of technology.
The real problem is being dependent on technology to execute minor or regular tasks that the human brain can actualize effortlessly.
The problem isn't technology, it's the humans that limit its use and depend on technology for simple daily tasks.
Technology is now beneficial to every career path, including music, architecture, content creating, medicine, teaching and many other professions or career paths.
To stay creative in a digital era and not depend solely on Ai, the key is for humans to see Ai Technology as an assistant and not depend on it for perfection.
Instead, while utilizing Ai , try, as much as you can, to also create an original masterpiece with the help of the human brain and Artificial intelligence and that makes a perfect masterpiece. Think independently and believe in yourself.
