Wealth has no effect on a dirty person 😅, money will not change a pig.
I can remember having a dirty roommate back in university, and even with billions she is not changing, because she's lazy to clean.
It's all about your personality, money will change nothing.

I agree with you, as long as the person is interested in being neat, whether they have the money or not, they will always try to stay . neat
