Surrogacy; Safeguarding the Intended Parents and Child.

Surrogacy is one of the modern discoveries that have impacted the world positively, surrogacy have given hope and an opportunity to many couples who have struggled with child birth, also made people reproduce children without experiencing the changes associated with pregnancy, and I would always say, I appreciate the idea and invention of surrogacy.
In most cases people choose surrogacy due to infertility issues, miscarriages and other reproductive complications that is associates with being pregnant, while to some it's an easy way to reproduce without bearing the pain or carrying a child. In both way I would say surrogacy is good and I appreciate the discovery surrogacy because it serves a very good purpose in the lives of many people, it's a hope to so many couples and many marriages.

The legal contract and agreement that protect the child from the surrogate is one of the important procedures of surrogacy, that I totally agree and concur with.
That's because the the surrogate, who was paid to be the carrier of the child, her only role is to carry the child , bring the child to the world, get paid and move on with her life, it is business to her and should remain a business, her only responsibility is to be the carrier of the child, it's usually done for transactional purpose from the beginning , so the surrogate don't have a say or an opinion in the life of the child, and with the legal agreement and contract that's attainable.

Stopping the surrogate from having an affair with the child, would prevent connection and futuristic problems, because the surrogate begins to build an emotional bond with the child, considering the fact that she carried the child for months in her body , emotional bond is bound to happen.
And these could lead to countless chaos, between the surrogate, the intended parents and even the child.
To me the surrogates should have no connection with the child after birth, because connection could build a bond that would affect the child and parents, that's why it's very necessary to have a legal agreement , well documented.
With the knowledge of this document the surrogate would know and recognize her boundaries and know when her contract is over and when to move on.
Her job is simply to carry the child , give birth and hand over the child to the intended parents.

The affairs of the child, life decision about the child's growth should be solely dependent on the intended parents, because the child is legally theirs, and in most cases biologically belongs to them, these is usually when the child is a product of their sperm and egg, the surrogate was just a contractor, contracted to carry the child .

A surrogate mom isn't obligated to raise or have an opinion in the child's affairs, her only duty to give birth safely, and not have anything to do with the child. I have seen movies and also heard stories of surrogate moms coming back for claim children they carried and that's a crime, they are hurting the intended parents and they are also going against the agreement made from the inception, and they should be held by the law.
This is why it's very important that any couple who have the intention of giving birth through surrogacy should have a legal agreement with their surrogate, that's to avoid futuristic conflict between both parties.

When it comes to surrogacy, a lots of legal processes goes into it to protect the interests of the prospective mother, baby, and the couple in need of a child. After all the contracts and agreements have been signed, should the biological mother still have a say in the affairs of the baby? Or is she simply just going to birth the child and be on her way?
