Life is full of stages and in every stage we learn, unlearn and relearn. It's never too late to learn, you can learn at any age, time or season, all it takes is an open mind and the willingness to learn and unlearn , just like the popular saying Learning Never Ends , indeed it's a forever and an unending process.
Learning and unlearning is a crucial part of growth , it's a sign that one is willing to grow and open up their mind to new knowledge, letting go of old knowledge and be very adaptable to life and it changes.
Learning is a very important process of life and without learning there will be no growth.
Even infants learn and unlearn, a few days ago I was with a friend and I watched her infant learning to walk and ever step he took came with challenges, at some point he felt disappointed, but kept attempting and every new step he took shows he was learning something new , this is also applicable to infant speech formation and many other stage of their growth, they learn and unlearn at every stage, untill they get perfect.
The ability to learn and unlearn is natural amongst humans, all you need is the willingness and consistency to learn, without learning growth is impossible, it could be mental growth , physical growth and otherwise.

One thing I want to unlearn is how I react to situations, I really want to unlearn how I react to situations especially when the situation is getting to my nerves.
When I'm worried and need to control situations,I find it difficult to control situations better, I give certain reactions and I can't hide my emotions, I have always had the habit of being worried, even in situations I can't control and really want to unlearn that habit, currently working on that and it has really helps in relaxing my mind each time I try , make me think of other alternatives and bring ideas on solutions Instead of being worried or panicking over situations I can't change or control.
Trying to learn how to be relaxed and be calm in situations , even when I'm unsure of what is coming next or what to do next.
It hasn't been easy learning how to handle situations without panicking , overthinking.or putting blames.
At the end panicking and overthinking aren't the solutions to any issue neither has being worried and panicking offer a solution to me.
Being worried has always cause pain , distress and ruin my mood and never given a solution.

I'm currently learning to be calm when situation doesn't go as I planned, learning to stop pressuring myself, learning to accept that I can't control every situation, learning to stop pressurizing myself and accepting that God knows the best.
Also being patience when it has to do with making decisions, instead of running into mistakes and hurting myself.
So far, learning to react positively and calm in tough situations have brought so much peace to me, not because I have figured things out , but because I'm being optimistic and peaceful.
Also, I have learnt to control my emotions, learnt to be stable and strong emotionallly.
One of the greatest feelings is that instead of making decisions that will hurt me, I make better decisions and that's because I'm gradually learning to control my emotions and feelings.
Now, I'm gradually learning to approach matters calmly, without fears or worries, and trusting God for the best in situations and not react negatively.

Controlling our nerves isn't an easy thing to learn but then the process might not be easy but it is possible.
