A large percentage of people in our society believes that natural food are the best, they give so many reasons , some people emphasizes on it nutritional values, the lack of preservatives and chemicals , most persons believes it give a healthier immune system and has what it takes to heal and keep the body healthier and many more opinions.
In my own opinion, natural food are absolutely good and safe to consumption , especially due to lack of preservatives, additional sugar, and it's not being processed .
For instance, the use of fresh tomatoes over canned tomatoes, although canned tomatoes isn't entirely an artificial food, but the use of chemicals to preserve and colours have uttered it natural state.
There are many products of canned tomatoes and each with different taste and colours, that makes me really curious of it source, if these canned produce are all a product of only Fresh tomatoes then it's shouldn't have an extremely sweetening taste and even a chemical taste, a sour and slappy taste is what I expect.
Canned tomatoes in most cases feels like colours, chemicals , and rarely taste original, most times the use of both makes it better and gives a better taste.
This has also convinced me that artificial food should be complemented with natural food and not what we should totally depend on.
A very good example of artificial food is indomie noodles, which is processed and full of chemicals that might be unhealthy to our body and have less nutritional value.
Gives unnecessary weight gain and can't help in the improvement of our immune system or digestive system.
Also , carbonated drinks, that can't be compared to natural fruit drinks. The excess sugar, gas and other components, makes it bad to our body and put our health at big risk.
To our bodies natural foods really helps in ways, that there are recommended to support medications in most cases , most of them serves as natural herbs, for example we have vegetables and grains.
I have seen a situation where someone who had a very low blood count, improved massively by taking vegetables and natural diets in as week.
It was a shock to me, because I was among those recommending a blood transfusion .
Consuming natural produce will also impact our environments and help to enrich our soils and maximize production from local farmers.
Most of the artificial food are gotten from natural food, the source of most artificial food is natural food, so my response is artificial can't replace natural in any way. There's no artificial food without a natural food and that's seen in most artificial food production.
Also, considering the healthy impacts of natural food, it's also necessary to embrace natural food over artificial food to build a strong immune system, healthier body, and stay healthy and fit.
The risk and side effects of the chemical used in preserving and processing these meals can cause great and untraceable effects on the human body.
The main source for canned tomatoes is fresh tomatoes and not the chemicals or presevatives, they will always be a for need fresh Tomatoes for it production, before any other required item.
I support the consumption of natural food daily, it's very essential we eat meals that we know their sources, meals that we don't need chemicals to preserve and meals that are not overly processed.
It's very important to eat healthy and stay healthy, and our choices of meal keeps us healthy.
Also , that it's a natural food doesn't make it right, it doesn't make it safe or less risky to the health, it's very important to be careful and gain proper knowledge on the kind of food we consume daily.
Thanks for reading ♥️
Natural food and artificial food, one will always have a good point for natural food against artificial food. It is healthier, as you have mentioned, and the artificial, as you have rightly said, can not stand on its own without the natural food.
Artificial food are byproducts of natural food. Na we human beings Dey cause wahala. When God created us na natural things we Dey use. But too much sense made us convert them to other uses. I still go for both to be complemented
