I have grown to realize that expressing anger is a natural emotion, it's the way humans react when they feel hurt, but when it becomes uncontrollable it becomes a threat/ issue.
When anger is expressed in a destructive manner or way, the usual excuse people give is;
Being hot tempered is a destructive expression of anger and our society normalizes hot temper amongst people with the excuse of " That's their personality".
Most people even glorify a hot tempered person for being bold or confident to cause destruction and that's horrible.

A wrong expression of anger is a big threat and endangers the lives of those in society at large. It's dangerous to be amongst people that can't control or regulate their anger.
The consequences of anger are really deadly and harmful to society; It causes everlasting trauma, creates hostility at home and work, emotional discomfort, causes violence, influences the younger generation negatively and has many other consequences.
A bad temper can cause more destruction and consequences, make a person act out of character and cause severe harm.
As humans, we have all been angry at some point in life. Responding to hurtful feelings through anger and expressing anger doesn't make anyone totally bad, but when expressed destructively it can be regarded as bad, unhealthy, dangerous and destructive.
Most times, this unhealthy response to anger is learnt from the environment, especially amongst people who grew up amongst people with temper issues. For example, from father to son.
Also, anxiety, stress, pain, pain, and lack of emotional skills and control can be a contributing factor to uncontrolled temper. No one was born to be hot-tempered. It's an emotion that we can control in ways.
It's very natural to have an emotion and also mature to learn to control and manage the emotions.
Temper is an emotion that can be controlled and managed, to avoid violence and pain.

Uncontrolled anger(hot temper) can cause severe harm and regrets in a few minutes. It could lead to severe and unrepairable problems.
I have heard stories of how people end up in jail due to uncontrolled anger, stories of people committing hideous crimes because of uncontrolled anger. Hot temper can really ruin the life of a person in a few seconds. That's why it's very important to learn emotional maturity and alsob have full control of our anger/emotion. People should not accept that being hot tempered is their personality but rather fight towards controlling their emotions, walking out when the situation will trigger aggressive behavior and destruction.
It's important to learn how to step out of a situation that triggers anger without destruction.
Being tempered shouldn't be an excuse for being destructive, causing chaos, abusing people and causing pain.
I have also realized that the society glorifies hot tempered people and mistakes their aggressiveness to bring bold.
The society needs to stop glorifying those who express anger and stop praising them for always being aggressive to others. We should make people to understand that situations can be handled calmly and peacefully as a society without any form of destruction or harm.
Being aggressive doesn't mean or depict confidence or boldness , being hot tempered only shows immaturity at the highest level and lack of emotional control/ regulation.

The moment I realize that a person starts being aggressive and acting angrily towards me. I try to avoid such person to avoid being a victim.
I believe, It's very important to encourage and start counseling people early, encourage them to start therapy for help when they start acting aggressively, encourage them to communicate their feelings calmly without fear and shame. It's very natural to be angry, but being able to control anger is a very necessary skill for everyone in the society.
In conclusion, I believe anger is a common trait amongst human beings, but the ability to control that emotion is maturity and emotional growth. Also, I believe those who fail to control their emotions should face the consequences of their actions and not the victims of their actions.
Misunderstanding can always be solved through communication and a peaceful resolution, it doesn't always have to be destructive or aggressive.
