[EN/PT-BR] Taking risks is necessary to break out of the routine and desire to achieve something new!

Taking risks is something that is part of our lives, no matter how much we try to do everything safely, or to try to minimize losses, there is always something that can happen. I am often labeled as a coward, I really don't like taking risks, after all I value my life and my family. So, anything that is too risky, I avoid jumping out of a plane? Going down a mountain on a bike? No, thanks, the adrenaline must be insane, but I don't think I have the courage to do these kinds of things.

But at some point we have to take some risk, if we want to grow or improve something in our lives, taking risks is part of that, of growth. I can say that I haven't made any big moves in the last few months, but I started taking a few more risks in some things. Here at Hive and in the crypto world, I started taking more risks in Splinterlands, renting a lot of SPS and a lot of cards to try to be more competitive, so I stopped playing it safe to really risk something new, collect more tokens, reach higher rankings, among those things. I decided to take a risk, investing a little more to try to get something more.

Outside of Hive, although I continued to look for airdrops, I had stopped doing that for a while, but I decided to pursue more opportunities, so with a lot of research and observing on X what content creators there do and focus on, I tried to find more airdrops to try to get some resources. I say this is a risk because, in the crypto world, we know that there are scams and people with bad intentions, so you can never be too careful. It's as if I were venturing into a minefield, where at any moment an airdrop could be just a scam, so you can never be too careful.

I think that's what taking risks is, it's about leaving your comfort zone and trying to do something different to get different results, to experience unique and unusual moments. Another good example is that last month I went with my wife and a couple of friends to a concert that was in my city. It may seem like something very simple, but for me it is something out of the ordinary, because I don't usually go to these places. I don't like driving to places where there are a lot of people, especially at night, but I did it and it was a lot of fun! For me, it is a risk because of traffic accidents or muggings, all of that scares me.

That's why I don't have a specific or special risky action, I think that every day we do something that makes us take a little more risk. At X, for example, I have been participating much more in some other projects or profiles that promote web3, airdrops as I said, actions, I have been appearing much more there and even though I am afraid and worried about saying something wrong or stupid, I am trying to gain more and more audience and movement for my X. This can help me with onboards or things like that in the future.

Anyway, taking risks is every day, all the time, those who seek improvements always have to take risks. Seeking new connections, new people, a new job, a new place, everything that takes you out of your routine and bubble is a risk, because it is unknown, it is new, so it scares you and makes you think a lot, but that's it, taking risks is necessary!

Assumir riscos é algo que faz parte da nossa vida, por mais que tentemos fazer tudo de uma forma segura, ou para tentar minimizar as perdas, sempre existe algo que pode acontecer. Costumo ser rotulado de medroso, eu realmente não gosto de assumir riscos, afinal tenho um apreço por minha vida e a minha família. Então, qualquer coisa que seja muito arriscada, eu evito pular de um avião? Descer uma montanha de bicicleta? Não, obrigado, a adrenalina deve ser insana, mas acho que não tenho coragem de fazer estes tipos de coisas.

Mas uma hora ou outra temos que assumir algum risco, se queremos crescer ou melhorar algo em nossas vidas, arriscar faz parte disso, do crescimento. Posso dizer que não fiz nenhum grande movimento nos últimos meses, mas comecei a me arriscar um pouco mais em algumas coisas. Aqui na Hive e no mundo cripto, comecei a me arriscar mais no Splinterlands, alugando bastante SPS e muitas cartas para tentar ser mais competitivo, então deixei de jogar seguro para realmente arriscar algo novo, juntar mais token, chegar em classificações maiores, dentre essas coisas. Decidi arriscar, investindo um pouco mais para tentar tirar algo mais.

Por fora da Hive, apesar de continuar buscando os airdrops, havia parado um pouco com isso, mas decidi correr atrás de mais oportunidades, então com muita pesquisa e observando no X o que criadores de conteúdo por lá fazem e focam, busquei encontrar mais airdrops para tentar conseguir alguns recursos. Falo que isso é um risco porque, no mundo cripto, sabemos que existem golpes e pessoas mal intencionadas, então todo cuidado é pouco. É como se eu estivesse me aventurando em um campo minado, onde a qualquer momento algum airdrop pode ser somente um golpe e assim todo cuidado é pouco.

Penso que arriscar é isso, é você sair da sua zona de conforto e tentar fazer algo diferente para conseguir resultados diferentes, para vivenciar momentos únicos e fora do normal. Outro bom exemplo é que no mês passado fui com a minha esposa e um casal de amigos em um show que teve na minha cidade. Pode parecer algo bem simples, mas para mim é algo fora do comum, porque não costumo ir para estes lugares. Não gosto de dirigir para lugares onde há muitas pessoas e ainda mais à noite, mas fiz isso e foi bem divertido! Para mim, é um risco por conta de acidentes de trânsito ou assaltos, tudo isso me assusta.

Por isso, não tenho uma ação de risco específica ou especial, acho que todos os dias fazemos algo que nos leva a arriscar um pouco mais. No X, por exemplo, tenho participado bem mais de alguns outros projetos ou perfis que promovem a web3, airdrops como disse, ações, tenho aparecido bem mais por lá e mesmo com medo e receio de falar algo errado ou alguma besteira, estou tentando conquistar mais e mais publico e movimentação para o meu X. Isso pode me ajudar com onboards ou coisas do tipo para o futuro.

Enfim, se arriscar é todo dia, a toda hora, quem busca melhorias tem sempre que se arriscar. Buscar novas conexões, novas pessoas, um novo emprego, um novo lugar, tudo o que te tira da rotina e da bolha é um risco, ao ser desconhecido, é novo, então assusta e te faz pensar muito, mas é isso, arriscar é preciso!
