[EN/PT-BR] Focus and hard work result in an effort that generates results!

I truly believe that the effort we put into something we do in our lives is what determines our success. There are many examples of this, each person must have countless moments in which they fought, sought to achieve something with hard work and thus managed to reach the end of their journey and get the gold medal of their dream. I have always found the effort, the evolution, the road we walk to reach our goal, overcoming challenges and making the impossible become possible, with our willpower and focus to achieve, beautiful.

This reminds me a lot of my studies, because many times in high school or college, I had to go through many difficult moments, because many times the group work was not so easy. There is always that one classmate who doesn't want to do his part and this still influences your grade, so you had to choose between drawing attention or working hard to make up for the lack of will of that groupmate. I even remember that, in my final project, my group wasn't the best, but, with a lot of effort and always thinking about victory, I managed to pass and do my part without any problems.

Hive itself is also a place where effort generates great achievements. When you start to better understand how you can help and be helped, you start to pursue goals here, such as, for example, HP, some amount in savings, number of followers, all of this is an effort that you strive for and always try to improve, to be part of the team and try to find more people who trust you. I think this has been one of the biggest efforts I have made and, with it, I have really achieved several goals every day, after all, wanting to grow here is something I desire.

Another very memorable moment was when I bought my first car, a very simple one, a Fiat Palio 1.0, 2 doors. I remember that I tried really hard to save up enough money to buy it. I saved up a thirteenth salary, two vacations, and every month I took a little bit of my salary, not counting the extras I did. I was always trying to get a laptop or do something related to computers. I remember that it took me two years and a few months to save up the money and be able to make the purchase, and, gosh, I was super happy about it.

With that, I can say that the art of fighting for and achieving something is incredible. It's a feeling I love to have, and with that, with each new achievement, I feel satisfied with myself, because I know that I had the willpower to go after something and reaching the end is incredible. Overcoming challenges is that, it's knowing that the path won't be easy, but still, not giving up.

I always have a phrase in my head: we can try and fail, but everyone who succeeded, tried! So, you need to have that effort and the will to seek results, facing whatever comes your way. I'm very much in favor of meritocracy, that those who fight harder and try harder also deserve to achieve more. Therefore, with each new development in my life, with each challenge, I try to do my best to achieve a positive result and thus be able to appreciate the victories and learn from the defeats.

Acredito muito que o esforço que colocamos em algo que fazemos em nossa vida é o que determina o nosso sucesso. Existem muitos exemplos disso, cada pessoa deve ter inúmeros momentos em que batalhou, buscou conquistar algo com trabalho duro e assim conseguiu chegar no final de sua jornada e pegar a medalha de ouro do seu sonho. Sempre achei bonito o esforço, a evolução, a estrada em que se caminha para chegar ao nosso objetivo, vencendo desafios e fazendo o impossível se tornar possível, com a nossa força de vontade e foco para realizar.

Isso me faz lembrar muito dos momentos de estudos, pois muitas vezes no segundo grau ou na faculdade, precisei passar por muitos momentos complicados, pois muitas vezes os trabalhos em grupos não eram tão tranquilos. Sempre tem aquele colega que não quer fazer a parte dele e isso ainda influencia a sua nota, então tinha que escolher ficar chamando atenção ou trabalhar duro para cobrir a falta de vontade desse colega de grupo. Lembro até mesmo que, no meu TCC, o meu grupo não era dos melhores, mas, com muito esforço e pensando sempre na vitória, consegui passar e realizar a minha parte sem problemas.

A Hive em si também é um lugar onde esforço gera grandes conquistas. Quando você começa a entender melhor sobre como pode ajudar e ser ajudado, você passa a correr atrás de objetivos aqui, como, por exemplo, HP, algum valor em savings, número de seguidores, tudo isso é um esforço pelo qual você corre atrás e tenta sempre melhorar, fazer parte do pessoal e buscar encontrar mais pessoas que confiem em você. Acho que esse tem sido um dos maiores esforços que tenho feito e, com isso, realmente a cada dia tenho conquistado vários objetivos, afinal, querer crescer aqui é algo que desejo.

Outro momento bem marcante foi quando comprei o meu primeiro automóvel, bem simples, um Fiat Palio 1.0, 2 portas. Lembro que me esforcei bastante para conseguir juntar dinheiro para comprar ele. Juntei um décimo terceiro salário, duas férias, todo mês eu tirava um pouco do meu salário, sem contar os extras que fazia. Sempre tentando arrumar algum notebook ou fazer alguma coisa relacionada com computador, lembro que foi um esforço de 2 anos e alguns meses para juntar o dinheiro e conseguir realizar a compra e, caramba, eu fiquei super feliz com isso.

Com isso, posso dizer que a arte de batalhar e conquistar algo é incrível, é um sentimento que amo ter e, com isso, a cada nova conquista, me dou por satisfeito comigo mesmo, porque sei que tive a força de vontade de correr atrás de algo e de chegar ao seu final é incrível. Vencer os desafios é isso, é você saber que o caminho não será fácil, mas mesmo assim, não desistir.

Sempre fico com uma frase na cabeça: podemos tentar e não conseguir, mas todos que conseguiram, tentaram! Então, é preciso ter esse esforço e essa vontade de buscar o resultado, enfrentando o que tiver pela frente. Sou muito favorável à meritocracia, que aqueles que lutam mais e se esforçam mais merecem também conquistar mais. Por isso, a cada novidade em minha vida, a cada desafio, tento fazer o meu melhor para conseguir um resultado positivo e assim poder apreciar as vitórias e aprender com as derrotas.
