[EN/PT-BR] 2025 and a year of consolidations

Now that we've entered September, the end of the year is just around the corner. How was 2025 for me? And for you? Recapitulating how the year is going each quarter can be a good way to review strategies and think about new things. So, in today's post, I'd like to talk a little about how my year is going. I can start by saying that things are quite interesting, although I haven't actually achieved much, some small events have made me happy. Anything that involves my family or Hive always makes me a little happier.

It's been a great year for my family. I've been getting closer to my kids, trying to be a more present father, which isn't easy, since we have to work so hard to support them and my wife, but I've been more focused on my schedule. I work for my boss for eight hours a day, Monday through Friday, and at home, I do my own things, like curating the GOSH project, interacting on Snaps, showing up on Discord and chatting, watching my anime (which is actually something I started doing again this year), basically, my own things.

But on Saturdays and Sundays, I try to make the most of my time with them, spending time together, watching a series, a movie, or even just chatting—I love doing that with them. We renovated our apartment too, and it turned out beautifully. Actually, my wife sort of chose everything herself and just asked me to confirm, haha, but I still loved it; our apartment turned out really nice and modern. This was something that made me very happy, as it really needed a makeover, a new addition so my wife and I could see that our work had paid off.

Regarding the Hive, I remember that I started this year aiming to get 20,000 HP for my account—in this case, that this amount would be mine, without delegation or anything. At first, I was excited. After a while, I realized it would be a huge challenge that wouldn't work out very well. Just when I was thinking about giving up, the LEO token surged, and by exchanging it for Hive, I got 1,100 HP. This gave me a good head start. I think I'll be able to reach 20,000 HP by the end of the year. This makes me happy because it was a challenge I set for myself, and I'll be able to accomplish it!

So, this year has been a year of small achievements. I hope that in these last few months, things continue to flow as they have, because for me, it's been great. I've been talking to a lot of people, meeting and interacting with them, learning about their stories and journeys, and that's also something I really enjoy. I'm happy with my performance this year. By the end of the year, I hope my children are doing well in school and that I, as a father, am doing my part to help them grow.

2025 is shaping up to be a great year, with significant growth at Hive and in terms of my relationship with my family, which is also being handled wonderfully, further cementing our family through love. For me, if things are going well at home, everything else is fine too. So, this year is about consolidation, and for next year, I plan to change a few things. We'll see what happens.

Agora que entramos em setembro, o final do ano está logo ali. Como será que foi 2025 para mim? E para você? Recapitular a cada trimestre como o ano está se saindo pode ser uma boa para rever estratégias e pensar em novas coisas. Sendo assim, na postagem de hoje, gostaria de falar um pouco sobre como está sendo o meu ano. Posso começar dizendo que as coisas estão bem interessantes, apesar de que na realidade não tenha conquistado tantas coisas, alguns pequenos acontecimentos me fizeram feliz. Sempre o que envolve a minha família ou a Hive me faz um pouco mais feliz.

Com a minha família, tem sido um ano bacana. Tenho me aproximado mais dos meus filhos, tentando ser um pai mais presente, o que não é fácil, já que temos que trabalhar tanto para dar o sustento a eles e à minha esposa, mas tenho definido mais meus horários. O trabalho para o meu patrão é de 8 horas por dia, de segunda a sexta e em casa, faço as minhas coisas, como a curação do projeto GOSH, interagir nos Snaps, aparecer no Discord e trocar uma ideia, ver meus animes (inclusive isso foi algo que voltei a fazer este ano), enfim, minhas coisas.

Mas no sábado e domingo, tento tirar ao máximo de proveito com eles, ficar junto, ver uma série, um filme ou até mesmo conversar, eu amo fazer isso com eles. Reformamos nosso apartamento também e ficou super lindo. Na verdade, minha esposa meio que escolheu tudo sozinha e só me perguntou para confirmar, haha, mas amei mesmo assim, ficou muito bonito e moderno nosso apartamento. Isso foi algo que me deixou bastante feliz, pois precisava mesmo de uma reforma, de uma novidade para que eu e a minha esposa pudéssemos ver que nosso trabalho deu frutos.

Na questão da Hive, lembro que comecei este ano visando conseguir 20.000 HP para a minha conta, no caso, que este valor fosse meu mesmo, sem delegação e nem nada. No começo, estava animado, após um tempo vi que seria um grande desafio que não daria muito certo e quando estava pensando em desistir, o token LEO deu uma boa subida e assim, trocando o token por Hive, consegui 1100 HP, o que deu uma boa adiantada e assim, acho que até o final do ano, será possível chegar nos 20K de HP. Isso me deixa feliz, porque foi um desafio que criei para mim mesmo e vou conseguir realizá-lo!

Então, este ano está sendo de algumas pequenas conquistas. Espero que nestes últimos meses que ainda faltam, as coisas continuem fluindo como estão, pois para mim está bacana. Tenho conversado com muitas pessoas, conhecido e interagido com elas, conhecendo suas histórias e trajetórias e isso também é algo de que gosto bastante. Estou feliz com o meu desempenho este ano, daqui para o final do ano espero que meus filhos estejam indo bem na escola e eu, como um pai, esteja conseguindo fazer o meu papel de ajudá-los em seu crescimento.

2025 está sendo um ano bacana, com um crescimento legal na Hive e no quesito relacionamento com a minha família, também está sendo conduzido de uma maneira maravilhosa, que consolida cada vez mais a nossa família com o amor. Para mim, se as coisas estão bem em casa, o resto está bem também. Sendo assim, este ano é de consolidações e, para o ano que vem, planejo mudar algumas coisas, vamos ver no que vai dar.
