Special Recipe (Kadu ka Kofty) With Creative-Sunday

(edited)

Welcome to my blog. I hope everyone is well. I am back again with a delicious recipe for Creative-Sunday. You remember last Sunday I made a drawing because it takes a long time to make a recipe and I didn't have that much time. But today I had a lot of time so I decided to make a recipe. My sister helped me a lot in making this recipe as this recipe was new to me. I saw how to make it on YouTube so I decided to give it a try. Hope you like my recipe

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin = Half kg
  • Gram Flour = 250 gram
  • Onion = Half kg
  • Green Chillies = 30 gram
  • Garlic = 30 gram
  • Tomato = 30 gram
  • Oil = 50 gram
  • Coriander = 10 gram
  • Garam Masala = One Tablespoon
  • Ground Red Chilli = One Tablespoon
  • Salt = One Tablespoon
  • Turmeric = Half Tablespoon

Process

First we will take half kg of pumpkin and wash them well, After washing peel it. Then crush it. After crushing we will press it to extract all the juice because we don't need the juice. We will make cutlus of its pulp

Now we will take half kg of onion and peel it and cut it. It will be cut into large pieces because it is to be made into a paste. Then green chilies will be take and their paste will also be prepared. Then mix them all well and add gram flour to it and mix it well

Now we will add one table spoon of ground red pepper to this paste and add one table spoon of salt and add half table spoon of turmeric and mix it well

Now we will make cutlus of this paste and fry them in oil. Fry them on a low flame so that they are fried well. Then we will keep them in a separate pot

Now we will prepare a tomato and garlic paste and add some onion paste to it. Put it in a pot and add oil to it and fry it on a low flame. Fry it until it turns light brown

Now in this too we will add the same quantity of chillies as we added in the cutlus. Add one tablespoon of ground red chilli, one tablespoon of salt and half a tablespoon of turmeric to it and mix it well. Then add half kg of water to it and wait for it to boil

When the water starts boiling, then we will add the fried cutlus and cook it for about 10 minutes. Then it will be taken down from the flame

Now we will take the coriander and chop it and wash it and add it. We will add a tablespoon of Garam Masala and now the recipe is ready

Hello @sahi1, I noticed you only called this recipe a special one and didn't include an actual name for it. Please I'd like you to do that. Tell us the name of the recipe.

0E-8 BEE

I made this recipe for the first time and it was a new recipe for me. That's why I called it a special recipe πŸ˜ƒ
But the real name of this recipe is Kadu ka Kofty πŸ˜‹
Thank you so much for stopping by πŸ™‚

It's fine trying something new for the first time, but why the name is important is so that your readers can know what you're making and probably even Google it for more information..

If it's not too much trouble, also include the name in your post title please.
