Recipe: Mutton Liver With Creative-Sunday

Hello everyone. I hope you are all well. Today the weather was not very hot. I was unable to participate in Creative-Sunday due to internet issues last Sunday. But today I decided to make a recipe because I was not in the mood to draw. My mom loves mutton liver and I made this recipe special for my mom. It is quite easy to make and it's made in less time. I hope you will like this recipe of mine

Ingredients

  • Mutton Liver = Half kg
  • Onion = 50 gram
  • Ginger = 20 gram
  • Garlic = 20 gram
  • Yogurt = 50 gram
  • Oil = 50 ml
  • One Green Chilli
  • Mint
  • Ground red Chilies = One Tablespoon
  • Salt = One Tablespoon
  • Turmeric = Half Tablespoon

Procedure

First, take 50 grams of onion and peel it and cut it. Then take half a kilo of mutton liver and wash it well and put it in a pot. Chopped onions will also be added to it. Apart from this we will also add peeled garlic and ginger according to the quantity mentioned above and then Keep it on stove

Half a kilo of water should also be added to it before putting it on the stove. You can also cook it in a pressure cooker like I did in a pressure cooker because it cooks faster in a pressure cooker. If you cook it in a pressure cooker, it will cook in half an hour

After cooking in the pressure cooker for about half an hour, it will be about 90 percent cooked. Then add one tablespoon of ground red pepper, one tablespoon of salt and half a tablespoon of turmeric and cook it for five more minutes

You can see the picture below after adding the spices and cooking for five minutes. I already find it delicious and can't wait to eat it. But now some more ingredients will be added to it. Now add 50 grams of yogurt to it. Adding yogurt makes a huge difference in its taste. I use yogurt in every meat recipe

After adding yogurt we will cook it for ten minutes. The more we fry it, the tastier it becomes. After 10 minutes of cooking, when the curd becomes dry, then we will add 50 grams of oil to it. Cook it for another two minutes and then take out it from the stove. Now I have sprinkled some mint on it and added a green chilli to make it look beautiful and even tastier to eat

Final Look 🥰
