Firstly, I think you should halt the intake of that caffeine. Caffeine helps keeps you up at night and when you're up, you do all those things you don't wanna do in the night like the junks etc..
I did a lot of caffeine back then in high school and almost affected me but that was because of studies, I stopped immediately when I graduated. I'm glad I did and so you can.
AstonHall a famous athlete once said "I sleep very early at night because there are allot of temptations at night"
