If a World War Happens: My First Thought Is Survival.

Good day, people of Hive! Welcome to my blog. Today's topic is from Hive-Learners which says:A World War. So let's dive in.

Have heard a lot of news about war and how it kills and destroys people. I have seen it in a movie how people run for their dear lives because they don’t want to die. I think it was last month or maybe February when I heard about a conflict between America and Iraq, and how many people were killed. It was really sad to hear. I pray that we will never experience such in our country because war is definitely not a good thing. But according to the Hive Learners topic, I will share my thoughts.

Honestly, if a world war happens now, the first thing that will come to my mind is safety. I won’t even think of joining the army; what will come to my mind immediately is how to protect myself and my family. War is something serious that comes with fear and danger, so survival will be my main focus.

Truth is, I don’t think my first reaction will be to join the army. Not because I don’t love or care about my country, but because I will be thinking about the safety of my family first. I will be thinking about how to keep them safe. If there is a way during the war to move my family to a safer place, maybe somewhere quiet where there is no war happening, I will try my best to do that. Staying in a place where war is happening, where people are being killed, is not something I will want for myself and my family.

Another thing I will do is prepare basic things we might need, such as food, water, clothes, and some important documents I know will help when the war is over. Because in a time of war, getting food will be difficult since many shops might be destroyed, and I may not be able to go out freely to buy what we need because everywhere will be filled with gunshots and bombs. So it’s better to gather some things early and be ready for anything. Yes, I know the food and water will finish, but at least what I pack will sustain us for some time before finding another way to get more.

Furthermore, I will make sure my family and I stay in touch with each other. The reason is that communication is very important in times of war because we will want to know whether we are all safe or not. And also, if there is any way I can help others, I will gladly do it.

Most importantly, I will try to stay strong for my family. War can break people emotionally and make people scared, so in a situation like that, it is important to encourage one another.

In conclusion, my main goal during the war is to stay alive and keep my family safe. I will try to be careful with every decision I make. War is not something anyone prays for, but if it happens, being prepared can really help.
