Beef Korma | Creative Sunday

Many people in this world do everything and also they have vast knowledge, they have prepared themselves well, similarly, I want to prepare myself well like these people, I spent my whole life acquiring knowledge.

After studying I decided to learn more in my life. The things I am trying to do after acquiring the knowledge include:

• Digital art,
• Video editing
• Arts
• Sewing clothes
• Hand embroideries of different designs

I know I'm not good at these things, but if I keep trying, I may achieve perfection in them too.

Well, Today I will unlock my cooking skills on the creative Sunday post. I faced many difficulties in making this beef, but my mother helped me completely because it was my first experience cooking beef myself. My mother told me all the recipes and guided me along.

• Ginger Julienne
• Onions
• National korma pack
• Oil
• Water

Procedure

• The first step in cooking beef is to tenderize it because it is difficult to cook beef directly.

• Then I chop some tomatoes and onions to add to my dish. I'm not very skilled at cutting, but I tried my best to achieve the perfect shape.

• Beef washing part was the most difficult for me so I got some help from my mother to wash it properly.

• To make it soft I added beef after washing it in the cooker along with cut onions and garlic for gravy, and it took 15 minutes by closing the lid tightly.

• And then finally I just open the cooker after 15 minutes and add oil and korma masala.

---

• Also after 2 minutes add a large amount of water and cover the cooker again on low flame. Finally, this is my last step, then it's ready I put it on.

I'm pretty sure that it tastes really good, hope you like my first experience.
