Life after prison: second chance or not.

I have had about different case of sex crimes and the punishment they faced, in fact some people never comes back for this punishment some died and some on. Sex crimes is generally unacceptable and in my country you will be punished severely if you ever do something like that or been caught, to start it if you were found guilty of rape be it with adult or minor, you will be punished by law.

I found it disgusting and disturbing when people talk about sex crimes especially with children, because my first question is what exactly do you see in a child that makes you do it.

Sex crimes with children is actually prohibited, because come to think of it what does these people sees in a child that will make them to sleep with them. To my own opinion sex crimes to a child is more like being possessed. How can you see child of any age and be moved by their actions. I have heard of a man sleeping with eleven years old girl till she passed out.

Now the question is, should any sex crimes be allowed in the society, or be seen with any children in the society or even have the ability to move with their own children even after serving their crime in prison.

To start with the person needs to be punished by the law, after that he needs to go for a rehabilitation program to know about his mental health and well-being. This is because serving the punishment in prison is not enough if the punisher did not really know what they actually did wrong, and this is why rehabilitation will comes in.

After rehabilitation and the results is confirmed that he's ok, then to me I think they should be considered with monitoring in the society. And about the society I believe there are lots of things to put in place to be able to meet up by their standards. This is because everyone already knows him with the negative aspect, he's behavior will be monitored, character and so on, since children can not depend on their own, because they surely needs guidance. Even if he's going to meet them their should be another guardians or people monitoring the offender closely.

Regardless he won't be free anymore in the society. As for he's children, if there is results that shows how stable he is, I guess he should be allowed to see them with monitoring till it is hundred percent sure that he's stable mentally, this is just based on my own opinion I believe the society will be the one to really decide what they want.

In conclusion, sex crimes against children or minor is a great offense and it's something a normal person should not even do at all. But with punishment and rehabilitation program for the offender and when there is a result that the person is mentally and physically okay then he should be permitted to see he's or her children and also have some free movement in the society, everything based on monitoring anyways.
