High Cost, Higher Value: My Most Expensive Buy

I've shared my thought on the word "Expensive" before and I still think the same now. Everything you need to get has to be at a cost, some are beyond what you can afford at the time you need them even though they are not as expensive as they come off to be. With balanced streams of income, one can afford the good stuffs easily.

Where am I getting with this? As much as I want to tag something expensive for me in this year, now that I think about it, they weren't that expensive for me. I spent money on a lot of things last year and my health was the top priority where I spent most of my money. The other top was my brother's school allowances.

I can't tag them as expensive as I spent on them little by little, only one time huge amount but it still didn't amount to the stuffs I'll tag as the most expensive thing I bought in 2025. It's giving me the vibe to be grateful to God once again that I actually spent the amount my head is calculating right now, I wouldn't have thought I could spend.

It's amazing how I tend to complain that I haven't made much money and I forget to calculate and be amazed at the expenses I've made all year. From feeding to clothing to transportation, especially that transportation, I've spent a lot. It's not even including health treatment when I fell sick. I've spent so much but it doesn't feel like it.

If I'll tag one thing that was expensive for me to buy in 2025, it was an item I bought to beautify myself and for the ease that comes with it. I'm not the kind to prioritise looking very good always but last year taught me to do better and one of the intentional ways I went about that was buying a good wig for myself. It was a little expensive.

And that buy was totally worth it for me... It helped me cut down my other hair making expenses as I could just weave my hair myself and put it on for important days. It brought ease for me as I could use my natural hair when I'm home and I still get to look good when I'm out with the wig. It was expensive for me because I kinda used all I had on me to get it at that time.

I'll happily spend that money again if I had to go back to that time. The buy has helped me a lot and now, it's in one of my collections. I'm even hoping to get a more expensive one in this year, so I don't over use the only one I get when I start having to make more professional or important appearances. The buy may have been expensive at that time but everyday til now, it's a good buy.

So yeah, my most expensive buy for year 2025 is a pixie curl wig that has saved me the stress of hair making once or twice every month. It's a cool buy, right? Do share your most expensive buy!
