This prompt reminds me of when I was still going to school there was a woman at the third end street selling Sweet Akara I usually love to patronize the woman but I just can't see myself doing that due to her environment which she is selling not healthy enough at the back of her shop she is like a dumping area which people dump all types of waste and also poop it was awful when I always pass by that place.
What usually surprised me was people still
patronize her in that inorganic environment anyway it of the past.
If she had had a good environment I probably have been one of her customers patronizing her my ideal type of a food seller environment should be:
Neat: Where she is selling should be neat and probably hygienic to the body to attract more customer
Environment Angle: packaging of the food also matters how it is well protected against flies and pollution she lacks that.
Health TwistBaked or air-fried Akara options available. Use less oil, sometimes where we purchase Akara it always get spoilt.
Wastage thrown away It is important to dispose of waste or share it with people not keeping it till the next day to resell
As much as I love eating Amara outside I had to quit eating outside and start cooking my own.
I also remember some food seller selling food their ways of cooking made me stop eating even the pot they used I had to stop buying food outside I don't even think I can buy food outside anymore but for one to fit my state to continue I have priority of
of how a food seller should be deemed worthy such as:
Healthy Ingredients
Safe and Hygienic preparation
Healthy cooking Methods Most food seller have their ways of cooking as be giving example I was sent on an errand to get food for someone it was early I had to wait for the food vendor to come out they were taking the time I decided to go their home what I met amuse me such as the beans was ready they brought it down and out oil and other ingredients it was not on fire oo, they use turning stick to turn it together behold they have cooked oil beans like that I almost vomited they didn't even allow the oil to be cooked on fire the next thing you knew they pour it inside cooler I mean what is that unhealthy food.
Sustainable and Safe Packaging: This eats me hard the takeaway pack most food sellers use to pack their food is something else entirely imagine me going to buy food where they place their takeaway dust would have covered it and they would just take water to rinse it and use it to sell food what is that for Christ sake.
Most of these food seller they will not give someone poison to eat one day in conclusion we need to take every little aspect of where we buy food to eat sometimes it much more preferable to eat at home thank outside we don't know how they cook and what goes in there so it somehow risky lets stay safe.

Omo eating food outside sometimes is very irritating and unhealthy, some people are just not clean

My dear, I don’t know how people manage to eat in dairy environments but for me my eyes eats first before any other part of me. I rarely even eat outside. Prefer to cook my own food for hygiene sake

Hygiene is very important especially when it comes to something that will enter the body.
Some food vendors forget about this and just do anyhow, well, they still see people that patronise dem despite all these hence why they don't try to improve.
Honestly it battles means are they making money of it
