THE WORLD NEVER FORGETS

One terrible thing about the world is that it never forgets. It always keeps records of the way we live our life's, the things we say and do, and the actions we take. I have experienced this countless times, I have made bad decisions and also good decisions, I have had to enjoy the results or suffer the repercussions of my actions. These were no easy feets, the results made me bolder, and the repercussions made me wiser. And if tomorrow I would have to answer for the crimes I committed today, I would take it whole heartedly. I believe in order and there are times when being young and stupid is not an excuse or a reason to avoid some repercussions. Repercussions do not always come, and they can come in ways that one would never expect them to come. I have experienced this, and I have seen it play out in the lives of people.

I remember one of the major issues I had last year was when I had to pay off debts that had accumulated while I was still in the higher institution. Although I had been paying them off little by little, until I encountered challenges that made me pause. Well the loan sharks didn't let me go after it had accumulated to significant amounts and I had no choice but to scrap my account in order to pay them off. And even after doing so, there was still a lot left to pay and there was nothing I could do at that time. I almost went into depression because the mistake made was borrowing from loan sharks when I was in school. The repercussions came after I had better knowledge of how to safely take loans and pay them back. So although I had learned an important lesson, I also had to face the consequences of my actions.

For a lot of people these things take even longer than it took me. Some make mistakes as kids or teenagers and suffer them at old age. Is it normal, yes, is it fair, the answer is No. Life is not fair, life will never be fair, if we want life to be fair then a lot of us would not even be existing because we too have not been fair at some point in our lives and have also made terrible mistakes that would not be fair to others. We have escaped some repercussions of our actions and never complained that life wasn't fair, but only when we come face to face with the reality of our decisions we say life isn't fair. Perhaps it isn't truly fair, but one thing is sure, we will never encounter anything beyond our capacity to handle. Those challenges will either make us or break us depending on how we see it. This is why in everything we do we must remember that the world never forgets, especially the internet, it will always remind us that for some weird reasons our actions will show up one way or another.
