Sometimes, I feel we cause 90% of our failures, because when you like it, we fail because we don’t know, and we don’t know because we haven’t learned yet. But the thing about learning is that we haven’t learned because our minds have not yet processed a certain level of information to the degree where one can say we have evolved. This is the major difference between the millennial generation and Gen Z. The Millennials were thought to be very intelligent, and you can’t dispute that fact. Even in today’s world, The major population of X currently are the millennials, Gen Zs still have a lot to learn before reaching the standard of intelligence the millennials have. And most intelligent Gen Zs have a Millennial as an older sibling. But then The Gen zs got guts, So much guts that makes it look as though we know everything. As intelligent as the millennials are, they have not been able to solve some of the problems gen Zs are exposing and that is because the gen Zs were smart enough to ask the questions that were never asked and challenge a lot of belief systems that have been from ages past.

The Millennials are intelligent no doubt, they have the ability to absorb complex issues, the have strong will and determination to overcome even the hardest of things and they try to play by the rules. The gen Zs don’t, instead they try to bend the rules, dare to challenge the authorities, and want to know the reason why things are as they are. When I think of these things I look at the generation Alphas and see what they're trying to become. This next generation seem to carry traits from both millennials and gen Zs, their IQ is very high, their level of processing information is top notch and I think they might be the generation to surpass the Artificial intelligence that seems like rocket science today. I always say that the 6th generation of computers is in the mind of a 6 year old programmer. I believe this to be factual. I sometimes wonder how this next generation is understanding things that took us efforts to understand, moreso, they do it like it’s nothing.

It’s thrilling to watch my 2010 born younger brother try to solve the advanced calculus that gave me a headache in school like it is nothing. Or my other 2013 born brother thinks about things I have not imagined at my age. Their questions sometimes would throw you off if you are not careful. These days I try to avoid their assignments. One time I gave my brother my phone to use AI to do his assignment. When I later read his conversation with the AI, it turned out that the way he even asked the questions made the AI become so accurate in delivering the right answers, unlike me who still finds ways to fully relate my idea. I think the world would be in safe hands with the next generation of evolved humans. If they can match our level of intelligence now, imagine what they will do in the future as adults.
