AI MAKES IT EASIER

One of the major hacks that has made my life easier especially with my job is the way AI has helped me a lot. I can be very organized and lazy at the same time, and because of that I prefer using AI whenever I want to come out professional and organized. I always like coming out professional, but doing the work and always keeping up to tabs can be a lot for me, especially when I have a lot to do at the same time. My job requires me to do a lot and be proficient in everything I am doing, and shuffling between two job roles can be really tiring if I have to do everything in the conventional way. I have always been one to find the easiest way to do things, and when I do find an easy way out, I try as much as possible to improve everything I do around it. For me it isn’t just about finding an easy way out, it is finding the best and easy way to express my thoughts without exhausting myself.

Last month I had a presentation for our business review meeting. The presentation for me was different for other of my colleagues because they focused on just one of the sister companies under the umbrella of the main company, while I was expected to have a presentation for the company as a group yet actively diversifying every company report. It wasn’t going to be an easy job plus there was almost no time to prepare for such a presentation due to the nature of my day to day activities. One of the major headaches for me used to be forming my weekly reports as I would always need to separate all the activities of each company in different reports. I see some of my colleagues who handle two struggles with their reports and even on the presentation day, a lot of the staff were panicking and some had to even present an unfinished report.

I made all the presentations the same hour the presentation started. I finished within twenty minutes of the first person's presentation and my presentation was the best not just as an idea but even the way they were prepared. I only had to give my AI everything it needed and because it already understood my thought process, it was easy for it to give me what I wanted. This was how I have finished a lot of jobs in the past and how I have been consistently delivering in my job. The fact that I can use AI to learn and also help me execute a lot of my job effortlessly saves me a whole lot of strength. I have had to register for a professional AI course because the advancement of AI can never be overemphasized in this era. And since it has helped my job a lot, why don’t I continue to leverage it? I think it’s all for the best at the end of the day…
