NEWBIES INITIATIVE TEAM LEADER TASK 2 REPORT [TEAM 1]
Ever since this edition of the newbies initiative kick-started, everything has been going well. The program keeps getting interesting, and I'm sure members and even those anchoring the initiative are enjoying it. The newbies initiative is equipped with experienced tutors, determined leaders, and necessary materials to make sure the newbies strive on the blockchain. It is up to you all (the newbies), to follow instructions and do the necessary things.
It is the duty of group leaders to access their members- check out their posts, correct their errors, make them understand the right and wrong things. Every Wednesday, it is the duty of group leaders to assess the members' tasks and give a review. On that note, I welcome you all to the second edition of the newbies initiative team leaders report.
Goal setting is the theme of last week. Newbies learned the importance of goal setting and how to apply it to their hive lifestyle. The first task laid a solid foundation for the newbies to build whatever mansion they choose to build. The second task of the newbies initiative is all about hive guidelines, markdowns and use of Canva. To avoid making unnecessary mistakes that can get you into trouble, it is important to know the do’s and don'ts of hive blockchain. The newbies initiative got you covered. As I said earlier, experienced tutors are ready to teach you all that you need to know. As usual, the newbies were provided with the necessary materials that helped them understand the task beforehand. We had a meeting in the smile discord channel which was anchored by @starstrings01. He took his time in explaining hive guidelines (the do’s and don’ts), use of tags and markdowns. @nkemakonam89 also gave an outstanding lecture. She broke things down to simplest terms and I'm sure the newbies understood the task better, thanks to her solid explanation.
It is obvious that most of my team members have a clear understanding of the tutorial. I must say, I'm really impressed by their posts.
In my last team leaders’ report, I reported that 6 out of 11 of my students attempted the task. Again, 6 students attempted the task: @sperosamuel15, @ibbtammy, @rhyda1 @kilvnrex, @zitalove, @rosheedkassie. I'm really proud of you guys. Keep the good work up. You guys are the best. Stay strong. The program will definitely get harder, but you just have to stay strong.
